We ordered a large world map decal for our office wall. The map arrived with the top of Europe missing and the company tried to claim it was our fault and even tried to charge for a replacement. Poor customer service.

Great service, the logo's I designed myself were too pixelated when blown up. Paige re-created the logo. Very helpful and fast delivery. Instructions were easy to follow when applying. Thankyou for your help will definitely use again and recommend to other businesses

Brilliant. I needed a number of quotes for a retirement village project I was working on . Paige helped with the font design and sizes as I was unsure about style size snd readability etc. she sent out sample colours do I could pick exactly the right colour to work with the walls. Chris and Paige installed for me and did a brilliant job They turned up as planned and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend this personable professional and helpful team. I will use agin when an opportunity arises for sure.

The whole process was pain-free from start to finish. Paige is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer questions clearly and quickly. The order and delivery went seamlessly. I've ordered a number of separate items from Wallboss now, and combined various decals to give the look I wanted for my son's nursery. They were very accomodating with my specific choices and I was so pleased with the results. It did take a little while to come through, but was worth the wait. They are really good quality. Personally, I found that if you have coloured walls, the dark greys and white decals (on darker walls) look fantastic with the trees and birds etc and look almost hand painted. If your walls are white, the coloured decals might help pop with some colour. Really pleased with them and will definitely order again.

Poor communication from company and later than expected. It was nearly a week after sending the design in they sent a proof back and then after that said it is a lead time of 5-7 days - this would have given a delivery date of around 23rd of May. I have tried to contact the company a number of times as the business we wanted it for has already officially opened know and we wanted the decal to be up and ready for the launch. I was literally on my phone going through the PayPal process for a refund when it just got delivered now. Wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't felt they were screening calls (kept going to answerphone at different times during ringing). Let's hope the decal is better than the communication

Paige responded quickly to all of my correspondence, provided a quote, the proofs and delivered the decal all as advised.
I even managed to install the decal myself and get it level!

I contacted this company to make a wall decal. They responded quickly with their quote, and I subsequently gave them the order. Thats where things started to fall apart.
First, they weren't able to meet the lead time they advertise on their website, but their revised lead time was just about okay with me.

Since then, they did not come back with the proofs or invoice as they said they would, did not deliver anything, and have not responded to follow ups.

I wasted time waiting for this company to produce the decal which I told them up front was time sensitive. If they didn't want to do it, or couldn't guarantee the timescale, they simply had to say and I would have gone elsewhere. Unfortunately, they still haven't had the courtesy to respond, and left me in the lurch with the client.

Based on this experience, I do not recommend this company.

UPDATE 9/5/2023: After posting this review, Wallboss asked me for more details. After providing it, I heard nothing from them, and now this request for extra details appears to have vanished from the review...

Cannot fault the service from these guys. Communication was great from start to finish and their input (design and guidance) on this bespoke commission was invaluable. Delivered when they said they would and provided guidance on the install as well - awesome
