The mock inspection was really an eye opener as Marianne identified areas we need to improve and also guided us on how we can prepare for the CQC new Inspection methodology. She was very helpful in answering all the questions we had.

I first came into contact with W&P (they were recommended to me by a clinical colleague) when working with another provider several years ago and needed policies, procedures and associated documentation. More recently during 2024, I have attended two webinars delivered by Lorna on CQCs new regulatory approach (full webinar and the refresher webinar). I have found both of Lorna's webinars to be engaging and informative and really useful to provide self- assurance that I fully understand everything; this is essential for me given I work in a lead quality and compliance role.
