Great panel and customer service overall
Overall I am really pleased with the heating panel - we ordered a bespoke picture and it looks great!
I've deducted a star as the fitting template was omitted from the box (but was sent first class the next day).
There is also green switch on the back of the panel that disables the thermometer and remote capabilities (if you notice your panel doesn't turn off, this might be why).
The Warm4Less staff were very helpful and reactive to issues and questions, so no complaints there.

The website is very good,full of information and the room calculator was a great help choosing which size or panel to get. They have a lot of different products to offer at great prices.
The delivery was prompt and the customer service postcard was I nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

The heater arrived in good time. Works well and as advertised with the 600mm x 600mm wall mounted heater heating a small room. Appreciated the follow up correspondence too. Thinking of purchasing for additional rooms.

Continued good service
Prompt delivery and very happy with eco radiators. Whilst the different type of heat takes a bit of getting used to, I wouldn't now what to change back to normal radiators.

Exceptional Customer Service
Exceptional Customer Service! I had a detailed chat online with a customer service rep before placing my order. I needed six heaters in total and they helped me to order the ones that best met my needs and budget. They all work well and are doing a great job at heating what was a very draughty and cold space.

Excellent and Enthusiastic Customer Support ….
We first learned of Warm4Less after an English friend in Croatia recommended them, and after some research we accepted an invitation to visit their small Showroom outside Boston in Lincolnshire.
We liked what we saw and have since ordered a small 350W unit on wheels to back up our existing central heating in a small home office .. it’s early days to give a full more detailed review but so far it’s working well. Later this year, we have plans to install a ceiling mounted unit in our bathroom.
The heater was delivered within 48 hours of placing the order, was exceptionally well wrapped and packed, and came with simple assembly instructions!!

Absolutely great company
Absolutely great company. Really helpful and kept the products in storage for us until our builder was ready. When the infrared panels arrived I was really impressed with them and they heat the room brilliantly. You can even change the light colour on them. Would definitely buy these again and use this company again. Thank you for everything.
