Very easy to order, easy to deal with the courier when I missed the delivery. The product is as described, very lightweight, easy to operate and gives off a decent heat.

I’m really pleased with my Crest Smart…
I’m really pleased with my Crest Smart Fan – it’s compact, easy to move around, and charges easily via the magnetic plug, its perfect for both home and office use. The range of speed settings and the 3d motion head means I can stay cool and comfortable no matter where I am. It’s surprisingly powerful for its size and has made a big difference during the hotter days.

Great Product
Quick delivery.
Well packaged.
Instruction booklet needs updating as I had to google for better instructions regarding synchronising the panel to the controller.
However, product is great. I will be buying more.

Several heaters later.
I've bought several heaters from Warm4less, and every one has performed as promised. My latest purchase was a 350w heater for the conservatory, it's proved a good buy, gives a nice constant background heat, it uses very little energy so we leave it on most days in the winter, our cat likes to sleep in there so ...
Never had any issues with the heaters we've bought from Warm4less. Once ordered the unit arrives very quickly and if there's any issues there's a customer service team ready to assist. Fitting the heaters is also very straightforward usually with just a few screws needed.
Very pleased with the company, highly recommendable.

It did what it said on the tin!
Quick turnaround from order to delivery, on time as promised.
Good quality and robust unit. We had purchased to 'try it out'. Very satisfied so looks like we will be buying more units but first have to sort out fixed power supply.

Exceptional customer service
Prompt delivery of my product.
Once fitted by electrician he never programmed it & I was struggling to work out how to program it.
However this is when warm4less came to the rescue
A lovely lady called Hollie rang to see if I was happy with my purchase, when she realised I was having problems setting it up she arranged
for Ethan to contact me & he talked me through setting up my heater.
He was extremely knowledgeable & very helpful & has now explained the use of the remote & the settings to set up heater timers.
His instructions was concise & he was very patience while I was setting it all up.
If i need any more heaters I will certainly go back to warm4less from prompt delivery & exceptional customer service

Happy customer
This is my fourth infra red heater from this company. They are quick to respond and this last one was delivered in just a few days. I chose a long low heater to fit under the dwarf wall in my conservatory which it does nicely. The instructions for fitting ere very clear. The heater was left on for most of the winter and kept my cats and plants very happy. I can also recommend one for under your desk to keep you cosy instead of heating the whole house.

Good heater, nice company to buy from.
The heater arrived nicely on time. From the time of order Warm4less were keen to offer help with the heater, it was a nice touch.The heater works well and is simple to install and operate.
The only two things I would like to see is a larger screen on the remote and a way of seeing the room temperature without turning the heater on first.

Great company - great products
I have used Warm4less a few times now. They always deliver promptly and I have had great communication with their customer service team. They are increasing their range of products and the prices are extremely competitive compared to other companies. I have purchased Infrared panels for all rooms in my house, this has resulted in savings on my bills as I replaced oil filled electric heaters. I would absolutely recommend this company. Very reliable and friendly.

The product works
The product works. Excellent delivery. We use the panels on wheels for taking the chill off bedrooms in the depths of winter. This works fairly well. I've only given 4 stars because being IR the optimum position is directly in front and I feel that if we had them ceiling mounted this
would have been 5 and perfect. The ceiling mounted may yet come
