Zack came this morning and installed foil in my loft. He also done a fiver glass reduction and I can not wait to see the benefits thank you for your hard work would recommend.

Last week I had a call from a company representative to undertake a routine follow-up check on the loft insulation the company installed last year. And we agreed a time of 5 - 5.30, but no-one turned up.
The following day I phoned the company to find out what happened and gave the mobile number of the person who had called. I was told they would look into it and get back to me. I have heard nothing.
That seems to be the norm for this company - I have spoken and written to them (including personally to the directors) seeking some extra documentation (damp report and detailed invoice) in respect of the work they did. All have been ignored.
Whilst the installation work and fitters may be very good, I have found the admin, follow up and customer service to be non-existent.

We had a Rep round to give us a quote for insulating our roof and were shocked at the price. After he had gone I did a bit of research and found that the insulation material would cost a bit over £1000. The quote he gave us was over £10,500 - for a days work! When I asked about grants for insulation the Rep made out he was looking for something and said he could claim a voucher for us to the value of £1750. That still would have been a significant rip-off. Beware!

Brandon and Harley where polite and courteous and did a good job leaving every where clean and tidy

The two young lads who did the job were first class so polite worked hard to get the job done. Showed photos of before and after. Trust them as in our late seventies cant get into the loft. Office rang and told me all my papers and receipts will be with me in week by post.

Zack and Shaun arrived this morning to install SF19+ in our loft. They worked very hard with few breaks. They have also shown us before and after photos and we are very happy with the work, and can't wait to notice the difference and save money thank you. Would recommend to friends and family.
