I bought their latest product, called WASHWOW Wine Preservation Dispenser via kickstarter.
Quite unbelievable to discover that the stoppers in the WASHWOW Wine Preservation Dispenser were not reusable. Had anyone realised this beforehand, absolutely nobody would have wasted their money on it. The design was misleading at best and blatantly deceptive at worst.

When the product was originally offered as a pledge on Kickstarter, Washwowtechnology failed to disclose that they would later impose a massive extra fee for shipping and import taxes. These charges were added at the very last minute, increasing my pledge by 50%. This was never mentioned upfront, and it felt like a calculated move to trap backers once they were already committed.

There is no excuse for releasing a product that forces customers to throw away an entire bottle with a stopper permanently trapped inside an inflated plastic bag. Washwowtechnology clearly didn’t consider recycling, sustainability, or even basic practicality. The environmental impact seems to have been ignored entirely.

Washwowtechnology should be ashamed of releasing something so poorly engineered, so wasteful, and so misleading.

They took my money, never delivered the product. I repeatedly chased but still nothing. This company is a scam.

Used it to clean my underwear twice tonight still has the secretions on it. So disappointed.

I would rate it 6 stars! Wow truly wowed me. I had a towel that smelled horrible despite repeated wash but the smell was gone after I washed it using wow. Product is great but service stands out too. My first unit failed after some months and I received a new one within days. I travel with this now and it has already more than paid for itself.

I had ordered from Kickstarter, but after 7 months, it suddenly has broken. So, I asked for customer service whether it could be repaired or not. They sent me a new one because while its warranty is valid. I received the new one about 5 days later, and it works fine and great! Thanks a lot!

Washwow 2.0 is so great I had to order a second one for travel--my wife won't give up the first one, even for a weekend! It works so well that it's amazing! Just don't leave the wash sitting in the water after it's done: I think it might act as a bleaching agent.

I love my WASHWOW. Specially you don't need detergent but stain washed out. I am using it every day. It worked well for small clothes.
It comes with warranty. They can exchange it if device does not functioned.

Love my Washwow. I’ve been using since the first version and now I take both of them when I travel so I can handle more load. It’s just great to be able to keep clothes fresh and clean with such convenience. Highly recommended!!!

This machine works better than the claims made by the inventors. It does a great job on my socks, underwear and shirts but it has also cleaned a thick bath mat that I use as a door mat. My clothes are clean and soft. I am going to try it on my pants too. A great invention. Going to save me time and money as well.

Such a great item!! I ordered it at the end of the Kickstarter program, and everything worked just fine! Payment, Delivery... and of course the washing machine itself :D
A good way to keep my clothes fresh during all my trips (and it avoids to take all the clothes of my gf, now she has no excuse anymore ;)).

Got my Washwow 2.0 in Manchester, UK a couple of days ago! So far so good and working as expected! Much more convenient than the last version! Thanks guys, keep up the good work!!!
