What an amazing experience from beginning to end - you call and they answer the phone - a real person no less! Lovely staff, very helpful and hugely reassuring, we had 2 TAG watches revealed with new batteries and I felt comfortable from beginning to end. They turned them around within 2 days despite giving a 2 week estimate. I love the fact that I could support a business with a shop front even though I was too far to drop in so had to send the watches.

Great value (half the price of TAG direct), great service, lovely people, highly recommend, Watch Doctors are now our go to for everything watch related!!

I contacted Watch Doctors about a service for my late granddad's Garrard watch. I wanted to wear it for my sister's wedding as a bit of a sentimental thing - unfortunately our family has thinned out quite a bit over recent years, and fewer people were able to attend than we would have liked. The communication I had was professional and the company was very accommodating in getting the service complete and the watch back to me quickly, which I greatly appreciate. I'm very happy with my experience.

My gold Sovereign watch hasn’t worked for years despite numerous ‘watch repairers’ trying.
Just received my newly repaired watch and I am delighted that I can now wear it daily. They also cleaned bracelet and casing making it look like better than new. Highly recommend. I am really pleased. Thank you Watchdoctors!

Had an Oris that had been broken for ages. Was never quite sure how to go about getting it fixed. Google suggested Watch Doctors. Sent it in, got a quote, fixed and returned. Feels like I have a new watch. Wish I'd sent it in ages ago. Would recommend.

This was so easy. I was nervous at first to be sending an expensive watch (that no one else would touch!) through the post. But Watch Doctors were attentive from the start and advised me throughout. The watch has just come back and it looks amazing. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Sent my late Dads old watch to them to see if they could get it working again, received it back today all clean, tidy and new parts. They were so professional, very polite and helpful. Recommend anyone, needing a watch repaired they are 100 percent genuine.

Excellent service and price for a new quartz movement in my watch after the battery had leaked and corroded the contacts etc.
Very quick turn around too.

I took my Tag Heuer watch in for service at the Thame shop a few weeks ago. It needed a full service and replacement crown. I got the watch back yesterday and it looks and feels like new. They have also restored the case and bracelet which was looking worn but is now as good as new. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in future.

Superb service and really engaging, knowledgeable staff (I say ‘staff’ but they’re really ‘enthusiastic horologists’!). My watch is running PERFECTLY after the service. Highly recommended!!!

Very disappointed after driving a 2 hour round trip - wanted advise on my late fathers Rolex which doesnt keep time - salesperson was unsympathetic to my recent loss….I explained the watch wasn’t my style but one in the display cabinet which was made in my birth year was……I asked the value of my dads watch to be told we dont do valuations….explained was interested in part ex against the watch they had for sale….again we do do valuations…..there was clear sign said we buy second hand rolex - so you must know a value to make an offer when you purchase…. I was then rudely told we are opening a new branch in Thame and that we are not buying any second hand watches at the moment - clear sign in big letters said you do???? Then i was advised to look on ebay for a price and let them know what i wanted for the watch - or try Chrono24 and call them with my expectations.
REALLY? I wont be coming back, I wont be looking on ebay - oh and I shall be using proper ROLEX distributors for assessment, service and advise.

I advocate small independent businesses - but on this occasion the sales women made me feel like an idiot and was frankly condescending that I didn't know what I had……That aside - I have sought and received professional advise and service from an independent in Hatton garden. Really sorry to post this review as I never do feedback but quite frankly i was shocked at the dismissive customer service.

Maybe it was just a bad day for her - but no need to make mine bad too!!!

Found Watch Doctors via a search. Great initial contact. Sent a Tag Heuer watch for a battery replacement and seal. Speedy turnaround and just great service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My Cartier Santos watch was sent to Watch Doctors to have the dial replaced and new one fitted. I am delighted with the repair and also speed of the whole process. From the date that Watch Doctors received the watch to being received back today (17/07/15), it took 15 days, amazing service with great communications at every step of the way.

Had my Rolex repaired for the second time in 39 years due to winder and main spring issue. Only took a week and watch looks almost new. Staff are super friendly. Treat you with respect even though I don’t look like the type of person to own a Rolex. Cannot speak highly enough of the team , and highly recommend.

Sent 2 watches to Watch Doctors from a Scotland on Monday have them back on Friday. Price for battery replacement much fairer than that charged by others if you don’t need watch resealed. I don’t wear my watch to swim or in the bath so I’m happy! Great communication, everything they said they would do they did.

The whole process is well thought out and clear in terms of the scope. They make everything really clear and the process is simple but has a personal touch. They provide packaging to send the watch, they confirm receipt and invoice you by email when it is ready to be posted back. Great job all round. I expect to use again.

I sent my Tag to Watch Doctors for a service, it was long overdue, the process from start to finish was flawless.
The watch was assessed and a quote sent for a full service and repairs to the strap. When the watch arrived back it was, and is, working perfectly - looking like it did when i purchased it 20 years ago.
I'm just sending my wife's watch off for the same treatment!
