I was concerned about an order I had placed and I found a phone number and called them and they couldn't have been more helpful. The watch I wanted wasn't in stock but I ordered a different Watch and it arrived next day.

Great service. Easy to contact and clear communication, watch was dispatched quickly and was as described. Can't fault the service I recieved, would use again.

The cuff Links were not in the package when delivered.

Delivered my watch to my home address (which was my billing address) when I had asked for it to be delivered to my work address, this was for a birthday present for my son whom took delivery of the watch whilst I was at work. There was a promotion on when purchasing the watch that gave me free cufflinks and a bracelet, the order arrived without the bracelet. I contacted customer services and was informed the bracelet would be dispatched that day, 5 days later no sign of bracelet and they are not replying to my email now.

Broadly, their prices are in line with all other UK watch retailers. However, they are really worth bookmarking because they always have a selection of watches on offer. A TW Steel I fancied was on offer, and they beat every other UK retailer's price by a country mile. Unfortunately, everyone else had spotted this bargain so I just missed out on grabbing one. No matter - they had another TW Steel on offer and I actually came to fancy that one even more. I bagged one of those for myself and, again, their price was lower than anyone else - and by a huge margin. You really need to keep an eye on their website - if they run an offer on a watch you fancy then no other retailer will get close on price.

I recently made a purchase from Watch price outlet and I was over the moon with the service they gave and they did exactly did what they said they would do .they were super efficient kept me fully up to date with texts and tracking and my purchase arrived bang on time.

Battery in Hugo Boss watch stopped working within 24hours of delivery and replacement battery is £28 and only available from the watch manufacturer. Buy from elsewhere
