Having been guided through the minefield that is insurance claims of this nature by the excellent and knowledgable Mr John Dillon, I would heartily recommend this company if anyone is thinking of making a claim. Constantly updating your claim via text notification, phonecall and email and online log in, you are never unsure at what stage you are at with your claim. I was happy to get a settlement figure as i was not going to bother about a personal injury claim in the first place. Only downside was i got sent for a medical report by there chosen doctor who i felt was not bery understanding and took bery little assessment and beleive his words did not match what i thought. He was sticking to a "plot" to a report he had probably wrote before. Had the report been more accurate , i beleive this was backbone to determine what my claim was potentially worth and was poorly carried out. Watermans however i can not fault.
