Great booking experience
The young lady who phoned me was extremely helpful and explained everything, also the response times in sending over all the information could not be faulted - not gone on trip yet but hopefully all as smooth as booking the trip.

Great selection of boats but cost little high
Great selection of boats across wide departures points. Cost was high and it was little painful to complete booking as I had to call to complete booking, would have liked it be fully online. In addition lack of cancellable options mean 100% cost needs to be paid upfront which is not ideal.

We do like to discuss each booking with our guests if possible to ensure that everything is as you would expect from your chosen boat and start location but we can also send a secure payment link in most cases if this is not possible. Great weekend
Arrived for briefing at 1pm then on to boat for instructions and guidance through first 3 locks then off we went on a fabulous weekend, and no rain😁. Well equipped barge nothing missing and better than our expectations, would definitely recommend and although we had to return by Sunday afternoon, we got back from Stubbing wharf with time to spare. Our instructor was 10/10

Easy to book
Made a reservation online on Sunday. I was surprised that I would get a call back during normal office hours. However, it made a nice change to talk to someone to confirm details instead of booking and paying on line.

Bath in Citrine
We had a few nights on Citrine with our our teenage boys on the Bradford-on-Avon to Bath route. Having only been on a barge once several years ago I didn't really know what to expect. It was all quite straightforward with a smooth handover and instructions. Although everything is done in slow motion, driving the barge takes concentration! The route is very beautiful.
Citrine is a lovely barge and highly recommended. I think it would be cramped for 6, but good for 4 people.
