Minor website irritations
The website made looking at boat plans cumbersome, comparing boats, no indication of "same basic boat but there are 3 of them". Couldn't search by boat name...it was laborious.

Many thanks for your feedback Craig. It is always really helpful to understand how we may improve our search facility by adding to the existing filters and sort functions at the top of each search results page.
There is an option to search for a specific boat by name using the small search box at the lower part of the main web pages but this is not perhaps as visible as it could be. Thank you once again for your feedback and we wish you a very enjoyable holiday. Nigel

Great few days break on the canal
Great few days break on the canal. We booked very last minute and the process was handled really well. The booking staff (Trudi) was knowledgeable and gave some good advice on our chosen route.
Boat was all ready for our arrival. Was given a handover of the boat and were accompanied through the first set of locks to make sure we knew what we were doing.
Handover on return was smooth. Really happy with our short break and enjoyed a relaxing few days.

Online chat assistance invaluable
When it became a bit daunting finding what boat to choose from the website, the online chat popped up and Trudi was very helpful. From then on booking was a breeze.

Brilliant to actually speak to a person when making my booking. The waterways representative was extremely helpful. This is the second time I have used Waterways and will continue to do so in the future.

This was a good company to book our canal boat holiday. Large range of boats on offer from different boat yards. Booking process was easy, you book, get a confirmation email and then a phone call to talk through the booking details and to take payment.
Price was competitive and website easy to navigate.

Friendly people- couldn't be more helpful. Boat was amazing, new in good order. Comfortable beds, nice and warm. Pick up and hand over very easy and quick.
