Buying a home is an exciting journey, as with most journeys there are bumps in the road, even pot holes! However the diligence and can do approach that Kerry King displayed made even the unthinkable hurdles achievable. I cannot recommend Kerry enough, she guided us with a sense of calm and was efficient at all times. We won’t move home again, but if we did, Kerry and Watson Ramsbottom would be our choice

I’ve used Watson Ramsbottom twice now and always found them brilliant. They have their online portal to review documents during the purchase and sale process but they also have staff available. It was the same person that dealt with my cases throughout, Stacey. I rang her every day at one stage for updates and she was always happy to let me know what was going on and always responsive to emails. I don’t think you can ask for much more from a solicitor. I had Kyle Knox and Akub Hussain assigned to me and they were fantastic from day 1. They always followed up with everything I queried, responded to my emails in a timely manner, and dealt with my many phone calls!!
The whole process was new to me but both Kyle and Akub were supportive and explained things more to me. They also helped me with relevant evidence required to apply for primary schools! I cannot thank them enough for everything!
