Waxx Underwear Avis 

Not just a jazzy pant, washes very well, very comfortable (or so my boyfriend tells me) excellent birthday gift!

I purchased 3 pairs of shortys from Waxx underwear and i have to say they are the comfiest underwear i have ever worn, not to mention the quality. The items were dispatched and delivered very quickly and the communication is second to none. I will definately be purchasing much more items from Waxx underwear. Very pleased and satisfied customer.

Absolutely amazing products, super cool and super comfy. Service from Waxx has been top notch, quick to reply to any questions or problems.

However, there is 1 tiny little thing you could do to improve to being absolutely perfect.. Change your delivery company, I haven't had any problems with them personally, but I think £4 is a bit steep for the time it takes. Maybe Royal Mail 1st Class.. There's nothing like next day delivery!

But that's just me being picky and impatient. Other than that, keep up the amazing work guys!! :)

WAXX underwear is great quality and a lovely material, very comfy and great designs. The service from the staff is first rate, they are happy to help, polite and efficient. I'll always come back for more.

Knowing what excellent quality the men's underwear is I thought I would take advantage of the womens sale products. I ordered what was available in my size but later received an email to say one product wasn't now available and could I choose anther item. I duly did and then 2 days later had a similar email- now hardly any choice!
However, after lengthy delay I got my items which I am pleased with. May be better to order by phone as the onlne ordering is not what it should be.

I bought some shorts for a birthday present for my dad and it didnt come in the waxx tin or with a keyring which i have recieved with all the other purchases that have been made by my family.

Product was rightly delivered it took a while but I live in Holland so it's not that strainge that it takes a little over a week to be delivered.

I found the Waxx underwear to be super comfortable but unfortunately I received underwear in the wrong size and I found it difficult to get hold of customer services. Eventually I was told that I would have to return the item, but as they do not supply a returns label I had to go out of my way to a post office to re-package and return the item and I am still waiting for a refund on the postage. I e-mailed the company to confirm that I have sent the item back and two days later I have still not heard from them. I found that the original item took 8 days to be delivered, despite receiving an e-mail that it had been dispatched on a Tuesday. So all in all comfy underwear, but poor communication and very slow delivery.

There underwear are fantastic, so comfortable. The styles are brilliant, nothing like anything else I have seen. I have bought 8 pairs so far and will be continuing to buy more.

The funky designs attracted me to Waxx. But when they arrived the quality and feel was better than what I expected.

I can say hands down they are my favourites over Calvins etc that I also own.

Bought these for my son and his wife. They LOVED them. Son always wears the underpants and daughter in law has now been converted. (she has her own!!!!!!)
They last forever!!!!!!!

Can't fault the service I originally brought them at the clothes show my hubby loved them that much as they support him I decided to purchase more for Christmas for him really quick dispatch time.
The only thing is the packaging said waxx underwear all over it so hubby guessed when signed for them what he was getting. Will keep using more and more now excellent quality

I love waxx underwear I used to sell them in a shop I worked at called Isis in Saltaire. I bought them for my boyfriend and got him loads. When the shop closed down and I found you online I was buzzed cos now I could look at all the patterns. Thay wash well the designs are awesome and well worth the money. I would even like to get a stall and just sell waxx underwear. LOVE THEM XXX
