Excellent service from first enquiry to job completion.
Helpful advice when I first enquired about a replacement door, no hard sell just information about the options, the door fitter took all the measurements and passed that information on. I was kept informed about the progress of my order at all stages.
Once door was manufactured it was sent to the door fitter who then fitted the door and took the old one away.
The door is excellent and was fitted quickly and professionally. A superb job.

Very helpful and done on time

The whole experience from placing the order to installation was great. The team provided regular updates and checked in to make sure all was going to plan. Everyone was so helpful and when we had questions about the design, they provided good recommendations. It’s been especially great for my Mum who has bad arthritis as the new door is much easier for her to use. Our fitter Scott was fantastic and took time installing the door to make sure it was perfect. The new door is quality and looks stunning. We are really happy with We Do Doors and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We have recently had a Fife Composite Door with a SureFlap Microchip pet flap installed and are delighted with the final product. A few comments on our own experience:

We found the website and design tool easy to use and navigate with plenty of different options, colours and features with which to experiment before making our choice.

Once we had made our choice, the follow-up call was straightforward and Kerrie took us through our selection and answered our questions. We did agree to a couple of additional options, including a thumbturn lock, but there was no upselling pressure, and these have proved to be good decisions.

The timetable for fitting the door took a little longer than anticipated but, as we live in a fairly out-of-the-way location and were not in a hurry, this was no problem. We appreciated the communication throughout the process.

The fitting by Christopher Wallace went smoothly and we were delighted with the quality, look and presentation of the door. Christopher tidied up afterwards, removed our old door, and talked us through the features of the door before handing over the keys for us to try the door for ourselves.

We are pleased with how smoothly the door opens and closes and, even though we selected a cat flap, we haven’t noticed any droughts, and a big improvement on our old door (our new cat is also very happy, as he took to the flap quickly and doesn’t now have to wait for us to let him in and out!)

Finally, we thought the overall cost was reasonable and appreciated that the bulk of the payment isn’t required until after the door is fitted and the customer is satisfied.

Overall, we were impressed with the service from We Do Doors and are happy to recommend them to anyone considering a new door.

Paul Hoggarth, our Essex-based fitter, was punctual, friendly, courteous and very conscientious. He worked carefully and took real pride in what he was doing. He was also very respectful of our home and privacy, taking particular care around the flooring and furniture and cleaning up as he went along.

It's lovely to have someone working in your home who is so considerate and clearly cares about doing a good job.

My wife and I visited the showroom in Glenrothes and there was absolutely no pressure from the team when we looked at doors, the team were very knowledgable and helpful and left us to look around and advised us of finishings based on the door colour etc.
We left and made our decision a few weeks later and the team never called at any time to pressurise us on a decision at any time.
After ordering the door the team again were very courteous and told us a timeline for manufacture and delivery and this was bang on the 5 weeks advised.
Door is now fitted and looking great.

Recently replaced my old, draughty wooden front door with a new white uPVC door from "We Do Doors", and the difference is night and day. I opted for a model with an arched glass panel set into the door as well as a top-light window frame above,
It lets a wonderful amount of natural light into the hallway while still looking smart and secure. The Stippolyte backing glass gives great privacy while keeping everything bright. The gold handles, letterbox, and knocker really pop against the white finish! The improvement in sound insulation and thermal quality was immediate. The hallway is noticeably warmer without the constant draughts, and closing the door produces a solid, quiet seal rather than the loud slam of my previous wooden frame.The entire fully fitted service was seamless from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend "We Do Doors" to anyone looking for a quality replacement!
