I am writing to warn others about this dreadful company. From the ordering to the returns, the experience was truly awful. Dreadful quality, poor sizing and completely dishonest about the materials used. The return policy is a joke. Even if you follow their protracted process and lie about postage, they DONOT refund. Beware of your rights too under credit card protection as the bank will want evidence the goods were returned which this company have yet to do with me. My advice - don’t trust this Chinese company [not London) with a barge pole!

Which to my mind hsnt been finished properly.2 sweaters and they are all too long no returns been forthcoming I am discussed with this company have kept my money and items that are of no use to me

As per all other reviews which I wish I’d read beforehand . Very poor quality. Sizing terrible. Returns policy basically means your stuck with whatever you order. My advice is don’t buy from here

I’m not even sure this company warrant any stars. I will continue to post to warn consumers NOT to use them. Poor quality, wrong sizing and a laughable return policy that they don’t adhere too. Still waiting. DO NOT USE THEM. Hopefully the bank will have more success than me

Again, like most posts, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. The jumpers I ordered did arrive, but were of a terrible synthetic quality with unfinished edges. They were nothing like the quality suggested by the website. On emailing to request the return address, they have tried to put me off by stressing how much money it will cost me to send them tracked to 'Asia' (significantly more than £25). Out of principle, I have emailed back to say that I will be proceeding with the return as this is still lower than the garments I paid for. Even if I only break even with the refund, I'd rather a reputable delivery company had my money than them!

I now need to attempt to return the two sweaters and it’s taken two weeks to get the return address - which is in China! The goods must be tracked and DHL have quoted £42 - so I guess I won’t be sending them .
The company has dreadful customer service - 5 emails before I got a response.
DO NOT USE this company. It’s big rip off . The goods are sub standard and sizing is incorrect. I shall make a gift of them to my local charity shop.

WHY DO YOU ENTERTAIN THESE RIP OFF COMPANIES. MAKING PEOPLES LIFE A MISERY. I AM TRYING TO RETURN TO WEAVE & OAK SEINCE SEPTEMBER THERE NOT HELPING ME AT ALL. IGNORING ALL MY EMAILS £60 WORTH OF CLOTHING. 86 I NEED THAT MONEY.

Only one of three items received. Despite contact where they replied saying the courier had lost the missing dresses no replacement has ever been received. Of course my suggestion of a refund has not been received either. Two months later they have stopped replying to me. I have been left with one cheap quality dress but paid for three. Over £50 out of pocket. Despite pretty pictures on their website this is an overseas scam and there are no retail outlets existing. Do not give them any of your money.

I so wish I had read these reviews before ordering. The quality is very poor, the sizing is shocking and return is virtually impossible! They drag their feet, try everything not to give you their 'return address in Asia' and even then I get the feeling they would deny having received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I received 2 dresses from Weave and Oak. The product was bad quality and decided to send them back. After a week of e-mails, with them trying to persuade me to keep the dresses I got sent the return address. I sent them back on 1st August. Still no refund and ignoring all e-mails. Like others, I wish I had read the reviews.

Worse company I have ever dealt with, doesn’t even warrant a 1 star review. Product not good quality and make it as difficult as they can to return products. I completed the Returns process and sent to Asia with all details as supplied by the company but still no refund received. My advice would be to not order from this company

The dress I bought was absolutely horrible the material was cheap and nasty I put it in the bin as it costs too much to send it back .Facebook should withdraw there advertising .

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering two dresses. Both are made of very poor quality material and one is far too small even though they should both be the same size. Now I find I have to pay to return a dress to Asia! Won't be using this company again.

Wish i looked into his before i purchased 2 items ,quality rubbish and does not match the advertisement ,i am trying to get a refund see what replies are have to be sent to Asia and have to pay postage i trued to cancel the order 1 hours after orded but couldn't do it , scam company

I ordered a dress and they didn’t put the house name on the shipping document so I received a message saying that they were unable to deliver. 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund. They just aren’t responding to my emails.

Not good dress mikes too long ,drags on floor,creased as it was in the smallest bag ever,and returns very difficult as you have to mail for a returns form and you don’t get one !!

Shoddy dress, nothing like the one advertised.
Difficult to return and they have the cheek to ask you to pay for the returns. Trading standards department should be having a word with Facebook to take this down from there site.

If i could give this no stars, i would. DO Not Use. Its just a british looking and sounding front for a Chinese company. They make returns impossible, and at your own cost using an expensive tracked courier. Sizing and quality awful, i wish i had checked before i bought. £60 lost to this scam company

AWFUL COMPANY - DO NOT USE
This site is designed to look like a good quality British brand but is the complete opposite, all items HAVE to be returned to Asia at your cost and even then not forthcoming with address to return so the 30 day window has gone.

Order took long to arrive, when it eventually arrived the dresses are too small and not good quality. When trying to return they delay in responding and not giving return instructions. DO NOT BUY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!
