This is the worst chat I have ever seen in my life. Lack of respect and appreciation and disregard for the customer and his business. I asked her more than once for a quick solution, but all the responses were cold and unsatisfactory. It made me think a thousand times over to transfer all my services to another service provider.. Especially this person "Maria" always when I see his name I know I will find a quick and satisfactory solution to my problem. Although you did this problem, not me, and you combined invoices that are far from each other into one invoice, knowing that these services were canceled months ago and you added them on the eighth of May

Well, this went down fast. I changed my 5-star review to 1 star.

The support tech I'm referring to is the best I have ever had; I can't say anything bad about them. Their billing department, well, let's just say I'm looking for a new server provider thanks to the billing team who are refusing to give me my money back.

If you open a dispute with PayPal, your account becomes suspended and all your hosted websites become dead... Absolute scam!!!

You can't get back into the server, not even get a backup, unless you cancel the dispute...

I have a great trick for them and will show them why scamming me is a very bad idea. Not only will I get my money back, but also a lot more!

Well, I'm very satisfied with using WebHostingWorld’s VPS hosting services. Support staff Rocks! Very friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommended. I don't need the extra space, just feel as though I'm not paying enough for this excellent service! One very pleased customer!

WHW is great for website hosting, e-mail service (not bulk-emails) and they are very comunicative!

They say they would pay when affiliate earnings reach $50 but when I did, I sent them a payment request, all of a sudden the money in my affiliate balance became $30 and then they sent an email that the balance has not reach the payment level, and this happened again several times once the amount reaches $50 and payment is requested, now my account has $78 and when I sent a payment request they asked for a list of clients who registered through my affiliate link which I obviously do not have because they don't display clients except the last 4 so it's impossible to know who signed up for their service through my affiliate link. Keep away from their affiliate program because they are scammers and also their hosting service is not up to their prices.

I have really got the best interest, help and guidence and solution from your GREAT agent PAM who I remember has always been so well-eperienced. The best thing about Webhostingworld is quickness of response and more that one solution for any problem

Great experience

Linda was very helpful debugging and fixing a WP URL routing issue I was experiencing. She kept updating me every step of the way. We worked together for a good hour or more, no complaints.

The only reason I took one star was because of the looong waits on an issue that WHW should have well documented and shouldn't even be an issue (WP URL Routing)

To be fair I would give 4.5 stars if this system would allow me to. Awesome job Linda. Thank you
