Unacceptable Delay in Workspace Renewal Process

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided. I have paid the necessary fees for my workspace renewal, but my service has remained suspended for the past four days. Despite my payment being processed, the renewal has not been applied to my account.
This lack of action is causing significant disruption to my work. A timely renewal process is a basic expectation when dealing with a service provider, and your company has failed to meet this standard.
I request immediate action to resolve this matter and restore my workspace access without further delay.

Lame discounts and fake pricing

They could not win my trust when I approaached to purchase Google Weorkspace. They were using someone else's account and called it their parent company (which is not mentioned anywhere on their web)
They sell Workspace account on lame 85% off that deletes all your data. They gave me a price of 4.5 and immediately raised it to $7 just when I asked them couple of questions.
I wouldn't want to risk my data or account with them.

Regarding the pricing you mentioned: the promotional discount we offered was a limited-time introductory offer valid for the first 3 months only, after which the standard pricing applies. This is a common promotional structure used by many service providers. The pricing change you observed reflects the standard renewal rate after the promotional period, not a sudden or arbitrary increase.

We would also like to clarify that WEBITECH does not delete customer data. Google Workspace accounts and data remain fully managed within Google’s infrastructure under Google's security and compliance standards.
