Fantastic! I sold my plate, sent my documents recorded next day delivery and got payment that day!! Great service would use again!

Easy, straight forward transaction

Really easy and smooth process. Payment made swiftly after they’d received my documents.

This company is not recommended in any way due to the following.
The company agreed to purchase my number plate, and all the requests for posting the relevant documents were complied with. These were posted on 9th January by recorded delivery. Nothing was heard from this company until 24th January. Several attempts were made to contact them via telephone company via their internal messaging service but not replied to.
A letter threatening court action provided a swift response from the company. No apology was offered, just excuses. Had it not been for the threat of court action I believe I would not have received any response. They provide no means of contacting them via telephone, simply by email through their own internal messaging service.
Shocking customer service. My only resolution was to cancel the retention certificate through DVL A.

Prompt, clear communication and payment. Thankyou!!

Straight forward simple process, fair prices and prompt payment only complicated by me initially sending wrong paperwork, would certainly use again.

Really quick service. I sent my retention certificate off on a Thursday and received payment on Monday.

This company is a joke said they would only value my number plate for £250 when Iv had evaluations between £3500/£5000 how the hell it's got so many 5 star reviews is suspicious

Really great and easy to do, got my money straight away and they sort everything

Everything went very smoothly and communication was excellent. Received payment within 24hours. Highly recommend them

I recently sold my number plate and had a great experience. The communication throughout was excellent, clear, professional, and prompt. The valuation process was quick and fair, and payment was made almost immediately after the sale was agreed. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Excellent communications, they answered all my queries quickly. Once they had received my certificate, payment was instant. I would highly recommend this company.

Good communication, quick payment.

Excellent professional service
Very easy process to follow and rapid payment made on receipt of documents

Great Service and communication and very prompt payment. Well Done WBANP!

Once they received the documentation they promptly paid out the same day very good service

Very easy and simple to use, quick response regarding questions. A happy customer 👍🏻

Simple painless process. Quick and efficient.

Very easy to deal with. Excellent communication, very responsive and delivered on commitments.

I had a valuation on my number plate done by another company which came in at £1250. Thought I would see what we buy any number plate would offer. They offered me £100, which included the £80 transfer fee. So basically saying my plate was worth £20.
No way to contact to them to ask how they came up with their valuation and no reply via email.
