I had a lot of unwanted PS2 games that I had no further use for.. I was actually going to throw them in the bin. But I decided to look online and came across “We buy games.co.uk” and exchanged them for money..Now I'm a happy chappy,

Didn't get great prices found them better at music magpie but a couple that I did send were rejected because they were scratched so that was knocked off the already low price. A lot of great memories with thois games that I hung onto so this soured the experience a bit.
The scan on the app was easy.

Usually fast payment once received. Does take a few days for them to notify they have it after delivery. Cant really complain.

Updated - there was no damage on leaving me so clearly the pictures were fake so you didn't have to pay out. I wouldn't have sent it if it was as damaged as your making out.

Scammers! Sent a perfectly working item which was NOT damaged and they alleged it was damaged when I sent it. Not being funny I am not thick I would not send something damaged. They clearly are lying to scam me out of money not like its a fortune. Then they want me to pay £5 to have the damaged item that I DID NOT damage returned as if!

The whole process from start to finish, scanning items finding out worth, sending off and finally receiving payment was easy and and very fair, you dont expect a lot for second hand games and they are unlikely to be sent in mint condition.

Unlike the experience with WOB who rejected nearly everything I have sent paid virtually nothing and then said they are going to dispose of the rejected items with no method of being able to dispute this.

Bought a game from them on their Amazon storefront for my son for Christmas. Put it in the console on Christmas day and it didn’t work, put it in another console and still didn’t work. My son was devastated and the game had clearly not been checked despite being rated as ‘very good.’ I ended up downloading the game at great cost. Contacted their customer service who informed me that as it was out of the 30 day return window they couldn’t help. I sent them evidence of my online purchase and screen shot of error code the game was showing as well as requesting evidence that the game had been checked before being sent and got sent the same generic reply with no evidence or support. Heartless.

Easy to use. After barcode numbers were entered, I was given the price I would receive for each game (wasn't much for some but they were just going to the charity shop anyways and ended up with over £50) and then collection was made for the next day through royal mail. Money was in my account within a week. Would recommend and use again.
