My item said delivered and it wasn’t
My item said delivered and it wasn’t. FedEx took responsibility. I have sent multiple emails to wedding mart to sort this situation out as FedEx explained they need to raise an investigation with them. I’m out of pocket from my purchase and not being replied to regarding the situation. Very disappointing and frustrating

Wedding Golden 1.8m Hoop
Wedding Mart provided me with a 1.8 m moongate. It arrived very fast and was properly packed. The hoop had very minor scratches but nothing that I could not fix with the help of a golden permanent marker. This is not a big problem as the hoop will be covered with balloons.
The only thing that I struggled with is that two of the pieces did not click very well. Fortunately, my husband did a little bit of hammer banging and used wax to make them fit into place. Once this was done, all the pieces went in smoothly and I put the hoop up in less than 10 minutes.

Fast delivery and product is exactly what I wanted. Slight dent in the cross bar of my pipe and drape upon receipt but it doesn’t affect the function of the equipment.
