Very pleased with the fast and efficient service when our boiler valve stuck and wouldn’t fire up. Phoned the problem through in the morning and their boiler specialist turned up the same day and fixed it.

We needed to secure our loo to the wall, because it started coming off.
The job has taken two months, four visits, but most importantly: we were left with the loo lying on the floor and a significant invoice.
We asked for a second opinion and in 45 minutes it was all sorted out.

We appreciate that another provider was able to assist you promptly; however, we stand by our approach, which was based on a thorough assessment and a commitment to doing the job properly and responsibly.
We also still have an invoice outstanding for clearing the waste blockage in the toilet.

I have used James and his team on many occasions over the last 4 years. Two en suite bathrooms, a blocked downstairs toilet that needed completely renovating and now they are helping to update my Kitchen. Highly recommended.
