Huge 5 bed house move and all was fine.
Hired this moving company to move out of my 5 bed house from Swindon to Cornwall. The chaps were very responsible with my stuff and took great care. Dismantled my furniture and put it back together. The quote was competitive and I paid the agreed price.

I had move out of my 4 bed house and had to find somebody reliable. I rang a few companies and keeping in mind how big ghe job was I wanted to find someone capable. I am so happy with the service I received and their exceptiknal customer service caught my attention. Very good and fast team, very responsible and easy to deal with. I can recomend this movjng company to anybody looking for somebody suited for big jobs. Price was great, highly competitve and transparent. Will use yhem again if needs be. Thank you, Team.

Avoid and read the small print on…
Avoid and read the small print on absolutely everything. If you have a large house do not use! Do not get them to pack they will charge you £7.99 per box and no matter what size your house is will use as many boxes as they can. Do not not sign anything on the day without reading. Do not give them your bank details or they will use this to charge you extras without asking, they get away with this as it's in the small print. They charged me £730 extra to come back 6 days later even though they did half a job and I did not want them back to finish the job six days later. This they state is because they require 14 days notice. I did not want my belongings 6 days later but was told they couldn't do it all that day, so totally bewildered and without my partner I felt I had no option. In total I paid over £1000 more than the original quote and I ended up moving the rest of my belongings myself. I have tried to reason with this company but have got no satisfaction whatsoever, just I agreed to it all no apology nothing.

We would like to clarify that our pricing is transparent and outlined in the main section of the quote. Any additional charges are communicated upfront.
Regarding the delayed completion of the move, once the main job got done you requested some extra work to be completed and we often require a certain amount of notice to schedule additional services. This is to ensure that we can allocate resources efficiently and meet the needs of all our customers.
We strive to leave all of our Customers 100% happy, hence please reach out to us to discuss your concerns in more detail. We may be able to provide further clarification or address any specific issues.
