West Cornwall removers were brilliant picking up our personal possessions from store in Southern Spain and delivering safely to our home in Cornwall. Some of the items we put into store were obviously not wrapped well enough by us, the team that collected these items put extra packaging and blanket protection around them, labelled and itemised them. Everything was delivered expertly, professionally and in perfect condition. Including glass, mirrors, artwork and an antique chair. Highly recommend West Cornwall Removals and their partners.

Friendly and helpful on the phone, the company were happy to deliver extra boxes before the day. On the day,a two man crew and me on a 455 mile removal. A long day (including a few hold-ups) meant we arrived later than expected. Throughout Peter and Mark were unfailingly friendly, kind, helpful, very careful of my belongings, and always considerate of me and my comfort. Utterly professional at all times, they made my move a joy. We laughed, discussed, and even did a bit of famous buildings spotting with history thrown in. I got much more than my monies worth with this company. Outstanding.

We were keen to use West Cornwall Removals as soon as I discovered them… and no regrets! They seemed genuine, friendly and professional from the outset. Communication was always prompt, reassuring and helpful. Not least of all they were tolerant and flexible, quickly coming up with solutions when we had challenges - we had a lot of stuff, and some serious snow to deal with! They’re so experienced and competent, handling the admin/customs elements - it really inspired confidence and removed a lot of stress. On moving day they were super efficient and careful. West Cornwall removals were able to loan us boxes free of charge & dropped two bundles off in the weeks before the move. Their quote was half as much as their nearest competitor.
Two lorries with four strong, polite, motivated, experienced, removal men arrived at 8am, & carried on working right up to 7pm when everything from our 5 bedroomed house had been moved to our new house eight miles away. We had packed everything ourselves & labeled each item clearly so they knew exactly where they had to go. One of us stayed at the old house & the other at the new house to ensure we were on hand with any queries.
They must have been exhausted as we had several flights of stairs at each end, but they never complained & rarely appeared to stop for a break. Amazing!
When certain items wouldn't easily go through doorways or up the stairs they made every effort to remedy the situation. They took legs off the settee, & a wardrobe door off & replaced them afterwards. They also moved a very heavy fridge which wasn't included in the original agreement, in the blink of an eye. No problem or request was too much.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the service they provided & would recommend them without hesitation.

I contacted West Cornwall Removals to quote for our impending relocation to SW France. From the outset Bradley was nothing less than fantastic. He visited our home and reassured us from the outset that his company would handle everything and take away the stress!
Bradley very quickly came back with a price and comprehensive ‘check list’ including clear instructions on what we had to do to satisfy French Customs. I still felt very apprehensive but didn’t need to! Our relocation ran like clockwork. All of our possessions were put in their storage facility for 2 weeks since our Cornish sale completed 2 weeks after our French purchase. We drove to our new home and Bradley along with Dylan (who was also fantastic) transported all of our worldly goods a couple of weeks later. This was no mean feat - being a 18 ton lorry and a 16 ft trailer unit!!!! The whole village came out when they pulled up in the main square at 9am (right on time) in 35c heat (increasing to 43c by 4pm!!!).
All in all, the move could not have gone smoother! The ‘boys’ even transported my GS1250 motorbike which was the icing on the cake.
I cannot recommend WCR any higher. They were superb from start to finish. Bradley is very knowledgeable when it comes to dealing with EU Customs and took away all of the stress of our move.

A professional and helpful service from start to finish. The quotation was reasonable and it was good to have the reassurance of a BAR registered company. We opted to have our things packed by the company and they did well - wrapped and packed speedily and safely, nothing broken. As well as general household items, we had heavy workshop machinery which was transported and put into position for us in our new home - a real bonus. We highly recommend Bradley and his team.

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Moving house is a stressful business but a few minutes after they arrived to pick up I just knew we were in safe hands and relaxed. And Graham, Mark and Wayne were superb as were the other guys. Nothing was too much for them. They were so helpful, so kind, so courteous, so professional. They made the whole thing so easy for us, didn't mind at all if we kept changing our minds about where things should go, were very good-humoured and 100 per cent careful with all our possessions. It may sound daft but I actually enjoyed the experience when normally I'd just want it to be all over! I gather they do removals all over the world. Including arranging a 4x4 relay vehicle to go up and down the Mountain we lived on to fill the removal van. Unbelievably helpful, flexible and great at communicating throughout the entire process.
