Weston Recovery Avis 15

Had a puncture on M5 and advised that Weston Recovery would be there in 30 mins. They took 1.5 hours! On arrival the driver sat in his truck using his phone for 15 minutes before coming to my car. He then said he was finishing his shift so couldn't recover my vehicle! His attitude was dreadful and quite pathetic. Finally he towed me off the motorway (5 mins) and I waited another hour for a separate vehicle to come and take me to my destination.
As usual it's individuals who let companies down. This person was a fool who didnt care about the customer or the situation at all. But if reflects poorly on the company and its management who allow him to get away with it.

Western recovery were sent out to our tag axle motorhome by the AA the chap that arrived was polite and very professional and is a credit to the company he went way beyond the call of duty to get us back on the road he arrived on time and I cannot recommend this company enough

I never experience such a rude manage. I called into the office in Wellington to ask about my car that they had recovered the previous night. It was 5.30 and as they website states open 24 hours I thought this would be OK. The manager was so aggressive telling me that this is not office hours and I was too come back. I said I would but I only wanted to know what the storage fees are and how much it would be to have it delivered back to my home. this Manager needs phycological help.

4 hour delays for a patrol not even recovery making me wait in the cold. If you know you're going to be late don't accept the job from AA

Despicable intimidating money grabbers, absolutely no care or consideration for a woman with small disabled children in a dangerous situation
The owner of this company should be ashamed , please please do not use this firm unless you have absolutely no other option : Do not line the pockets of such immoral people

Helped me during a breakdown and I am very thankful

Excellent service provided, from the beginning till the end! After being stranded with our campervan from Holland on a steep road, we were picked up and carried away to Weston Recovery super fast and super smooth.

The employee took extra care because of our bike on the bicycle carrier. When we arrived at their workspace employees were interested in our story and fixed the issue while we had our coffee.

Due to them, we could continue our holiday almost right away, thanks a lot again!

Having broken down and been let down badly by the RAC Weston recovery provided light at the end of the relay ! The lady who answered the phone was fantastic and persuaded the driver to take me home not just to the next services - the driver was brilliant, kind, patient and accommodating - thank you so much

Not a great company. Their driver blocked access to a road at the Crescent in Taunton when it was perfectly easy for him to simply move a few metres forward, allowing traffic to pass and still be able to load the vehicle he was collecting. As a result no one could access their offices.

Asked the driver if he could move forward. The driver said you should have some patience and then said if you make a fuss I can take 20 minutes longer. Wouldn't move forward. Massive ego trip. He then took a photo of me and my vehicle which seemed like an attempt to intimidate.

Absolutely rubbish service provided. My vehicle suppose to deliver with in 3 days. However it took them 5 days to deliver my vehicle to the wrong location. RUBBISH customer service. Never gonna use their services again.

The love of my life, low mileage Mercedes SL500 developed a suspension fault, I called the AA and despite having to upgrade to home start, they failed to communicate and were best than useless, to the rescue came Weston Recovery, gently loading my car onto the truck after checking the type of truck required. The AA patrolman scratched his head and said " gonna have a problem loading this " Seems like there are no problems with Weston recovery

Had 4 days of training with WTTS (weston recovery) everything went smoothly and was all booked for me suiting my schedule, both Sam and Ade were amazing and helped me pass both my cat c test and cpc mod 4, Kate was great and made everything so easy scheduling wise, can’t recommend them enough, if you want to get into driving then WTTS are the place to go for sure.

Weston recovery handled the recovery of our vehicle after an accident on a Bank Holiday weekend and delivered it to a garage for assesment and repair.

The service was absolutely perfect, the vehicle was collected promptly, stored securely and delivered to its final resting place at the agreed date and time.

I would not hesitate to use them again.

Weston Recovery wishes everyone a Happy New Year 2020!! Such a shame they can't be so considerate to their neighbours. For the last 8 years they have held a firework display at their home using public display type fireworks. This is despite the fact that they know that one of their neighbours is disabled and loud bangs and flashing lights cause him to have convulsions. His mother has to board up her windows to try and keep the flashing lights out but unfortunately can do little about the loud bangs. Their home, car and hay barn is showered by fireworks and debris from these displays. They don't even have the courtesy to inform her of the display. It has been described as Armageddon and after seeing the shocking videos I can only agree. How they can enjoy themselves knowing the effect they are having on a very ill young man is beyond me. Not to mention their neighbour 's terrified ponies and their own animals that live outside is beyond me. I for one will never use them again. They should hang their heads in shame. I did put a review on their Facebook page but they removed it. If anyone wants to see the videos please contact me and I will send you a copy. Unfortunately there is no facility to share them here. They are horrific.

Weston recovery did a brilliant job today after they came to the rescue on behalf of Start Rescue and gained entry to a set of keys locked in the car ! :)
