Had a purchase over 30day return, was told could not return. But they said would send it up the chain to see what they could do. I was a very good customers and they let me do a store credit all with in 30 minutes That is customer service. Thank you to Betty.
Absolutely love the clothes. As a person who is 6'6 finding tall companies is hard enough but finding companies who sell tall clothing that actually fit right is a godsend.
Not only that, their customer service was fantastic. Had an issue with an order that was not their fault and they rectified it quickly. Their response time was fantastic

First thing you need to know is I RARELY give five stars. A company must hold exceptional standards while delivering a quality product. Westport has accomplished that in a single week’s worth of transactions. Here’s some highlights:
1) A beautiful array of selection of clothing at an affordable price. And I found something that was on clearance but was a no return no exchange was apart of the deal. I sized up on the purchase as I wasn’t sure.
2) Quick delivery, I got the jacket in a very quick amount of time. Tried it on and it was too large! I took a chance and reached out to customer service.
3) Betty was kind, thoughtful and quick. I was able to achieve a very amenable resolution and I am so thankful for the entire process.
Westport has a new customer and I plan on shopping with them again very soon. Five stars, I highly recommend. As someone who has been Tall his whole life, I am excited at the new options I have.
