Worst return process ever
Worst return process ever! I have returned item more than a month ago and still I havent recieved my money back! They received an order more than two weeks ago but still states that refund will be done in 3-5 working days and money is never recieved! Netherless the return cost me 20 euros. So if you want never recieve your money back, go and buy from them.

I will never order again
I will never order again. I placed an order on 12.06.2025. I still have not received it. It was supposed to be 5days delivery. I dont even have tracking yet. I was told it would be 48hours before i even get tracking never mind delivery.

Hi Jennifer – thanks for your order, and we're really sorry for the delay.
We can see your parcel was dispatched promptly and has made its way through our European hub, but it's taken a little longer than usual to reach Ireland. It's currently with Evri in Dublin and should be out for delivery very soon.
Please check the dispatch notification email we sent you at 10:32 on June 20 for a tracking link.
We completely understand your frustration, and while this delay is unusual, we’re keeping a close eye on it and are here to help if you need anything else in the meantime.

Order not delivered
I ordered and paid for a wetsuit online they said it would take 2-5 working days to be delivered the order was placed on the 3rd of June no delivery. I phoned to ask where it was 3 days ago and was told it was on its way still no sign of it. When I placed the order they gave me a tracking number so I could follow my delivery now they have deleted my tracking number as I’m told on the site my order does not exist!! Very poor service would not order with this company again!!

Delivery Issues!
Ordered on May 27th, delivery was supposed to be 3-5 days, it arrived yesterday (June 9th) to someone in a different county (!) who kindly rang me and told me. So someone else had my name, address and telephone number!! (EU Data breach?) The address it was delivered to was nothing like mine! This site is not Irish despite being .ie The parcel came from the Netherlands!

Please note that your parcel was dispatched to the address provided at the time the order was placed, in Sligo. The only likely explanation is that an error may have occurred on the courier’s side.

Great suits, solid service.
I had five wetsuits rolled up into a little bag. It was excellent! However, they put some wetsuit shampoo in the bag, and there was a big hole in it. Luckily, the wetsuits weren't damaged, but the bottle of shampoo was missing. I reached out, and they sent a replacement with my next order. All of the sizes were spot on for measurement across three brands, so kudos to that as well. I already got in the water to test it out, and am looking forward to a long swim season.
