Monitor your account closely.
Whether you are using White Shark or someone else, you want to monitor your account closely. Our experience with White Shark was adequate with the first account manager they gave us but less so with the second one. We should have been watching more closely and allowed performance to slide for too long before we acted. In the end, we came to an agreement with White Shark that rectified the situation.
