I am very happy with my purchase. At first, I was unsure whether it is not a scam, because the price is very good compared to the traditional clinics. Almost too good to be true! But then I realized if this was a scam, they would not survive ten years on the competitive market. So I went ahead, and placed the order. And I received exactly the devices that I paid for! I know, because I verified it.

From purchase te receiving my hearing was just great Ross has been very helpful I would highly recommend wholesale hearing and the price was the best around

The customer's service was excellent for providing information and necessary document for customs clearance. This is strongly for 5 (FIVE) stars.

However, I give two stars, because I received too weak an M receiver, despite informing them before the purchase that my previous hearing aid (Phonak Paradise 90) had a Power (P) receiver.

I understand that the Target software proposal was suggested based on my audiogram, but this does not take into account individual issues, such as the size of the ear canal. All you had to do was send me a message to make sure and there would be no problem.

If I were less knowledgeable, I would think that the newest Infinio Sphere 90 is even poorer than my 4-year-old Paradise 90!

I was unnecessarily forced to buy a P receiver at my place of residence for £35.

Purchased a pair of Phonax i90 spheres, within 6 working days the aids came securely packaged and fully programmed.

Had a slight problem connecting the aids so I could steam from the phone, but a quick call to Ross it was sorted.

Would highly recommend this company, professional service from the start. Thank you.

I was very sceptical about buying from this company, even though the reviews were all positive. I went to my usual provider,and was quoted just over £4000 for my Phonak Sphere hearing aids. I then call wholesale hearing and spoke to Ross. After his reassurance about the company and the service they provided, I jumped straight in. After ordering i got my new hearing aids in 5 days. Since then I had one small problem as I needed more bass through them. I contacted Ross and within a week I got a online Audiologist appointment. Everything was done through the Phonak, which I found amazing, and I now have perfect hearing aids, and a saving of almost £2000. So if you are in any doubt about Wholesale Hearing, just lift the phone and they will go through everything woth you. A special mention has to go to Ross. This guy is so enthusiastic and goes above and beyond to help you. I had not hesitation in going this company 5 stars.
