Sorry to hear you are unhappy regarding our service, I can see you placed your order on 06.01.2022, the warehouse would have received your order on 07.01.2022 and your order was delivered on 27.01.2022 which was 14 working days later, please bear in mind your parcel was with UPS and customs until you had paid your import duties and taxes.
We did explain everything to you at the time and have e-mailed the transcript of our conversation over to you since your e-mail to us however we have not had a response from you since Thursday 27.01.2022 therefore we are now leaving a response via Trustpilot to your review.
I am sorry if you had not understood our advice at the time, please go through the transcript of the conversation and you will see we advised you correctly.
We have a warehouse in the EU and in HK which any of our present customers can verify as many of them receive orders from both warehouses.

Shipping took far to long
Shipping took far to long. On the site they don’t show watches are out of stock till you pay then they informed me over a week after ordering.

Hello Christina, Very sorry to see you are unhappy with our service, the shipping time frame you expected was unrealistic at this busy time of the year, you wanted delivery of the order within 8 working days in the Cayman Islands, we state on our web-site delivery is usually 10-12 working days however can be longer at busy times of the Year and Christmas is the busiest time of the year, Your order is due for delivered by UPS on Friday 24.12 therefore in total having taken 12 working days. in regards to stock yes there were some models which were out of stock in which we issued a full refund on the same day after your refund request, we do state on our web-site in our FAQ's models can be out of stock and either a customer selected replacement can be sent or a refund for those watches issued.
Having checked the tracking information for this shipment the order was received on 23.12 therefore took 11 working days in total.

Sorry there was a delay in shipping, we did however keep you informed, there was an electric shortage in Hong Kong for the one week which resulted in a one working day week for the warehouse (this was the same for all companies and was imposed by the government) and then the following week there was a national holiday, your order was placed at the beginning of the first week, two weeks later when the situation was back to normal we dispatched your order within two days and it was received several days later meaning the total waiting time was 3 weeks, this was not normal circumstances and we worked very quickly with your order having dispatched it within 3 working days in the warehouse given there was a large backlog of orders.
Again sorry for the delay and thank you for your custom.
