Wickes - Beverley Avis 

I ordered the items online and got an instant response closely followed by by an invitation to collect. Online payment was easy and secure. In the store, I was given a friendly reception and my goods were handed over quickly. First class service by Tracy N.

We are currently doing a lot of work on our house and all of the staff at Wickes have been amazing . The are knowledgeable, helpful and really friendly. It makes our job so much easier (especially in this heat!) when you know that staff are there for you all the time. On a particularly hot and tiring day when our nerves were frazzled we were helped by the brilliant Tracy N. She is a super-star! She handled a complicated order with professionalism, calmness and good humour. She is now our 'Queen of Wickes' and we look forward to seeing her when we visit. Wickes has become a friendlier place ro visit and we now look forward to catching up with all of their great staff. David & Suzanne

I visited Wickes, Beverley to purchase a kitchen. I met with Bradley Webster, one of the kitchen designers. I knew exactly what I had in mind for the layout of my kitchen already. Bradley was great. He worked alongside me to bring my plan to life, bearing in mind my wishes every step of the way. He never tried to alter my plans or talk me out of anything. Any queries I had or, an alteration to the layout plan which was necessary due to renovation works were answered at his earliest convenience. All communication was clear and precise. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Bradley as a kitchen consultant.

We chose Wickes for our new kitchen as we previously had a very positive experience last year when they fitted our en-suite shower room.

We used exactly the same design and installation team as before so a special shout-out must go to Bradley Webster, the design consultant who did a sterling job from start to finish (including personally delivering our flooring) and to Steve Robinson & his team at Jalland Building Services who Wickes contracted to do the installation.

They carried out what could have been a very messy and unpleasant experience with ruthless efficiency and our personal disturbance was minimal considering the work involved.

Everything was completed on schedule and the fastidious clearing and tidying up process was such that you wouldn’t have know that anyone had been working on it after they’d finished.

All in all, a top job.

We went into Beverley wicks today at 2:30 and I have to say we had interactions with 4 women. 2 cashiers and 2 on the shop floor who helped us with kitchen doors and pre packed sets and everyone was a credit to wicks. Helpful, kind, explained what we needed and took the time to ensure we had all we needed. Honestly DIY shop with brilliant customer service. Thanks Lynne who was amazing and her colleagues whose names escape me sadly. They were all great
