Wickes - Caerphilly Avis 

The kitchen designer Angela was simply outstanding and provided some innovative ideas.
My only frustration is Wickes offers appear great initially but once you realise it relates to units only and does not include worktops or appliances (both overpriced) they are not so appealing compared to competitors.
Such a shame because Angela worked so hard with the design.

Liz the customer service support was fantastic. Advised and stayed with us discussing the Quickstep flooring colour, quality and quantity required.
She was not satsfied until we were happy with the purchase. She was not pushy but let us make our own decisions on quality and cost.

I received brilliant service in the Caerphilly store today from both Jacqui & Selena.
I was having terrible trouble with my Wickes card.....they cldnt have been more helpful and patient if they'd tried.

Came in on the off chance to look at a kitchen, made a follow up appointment to completer the design. Ian was very thorough going through the plans, made sure that everything was fully explained at each stage. Count not fault the customer service that I experienced.

Great experience. Staff are super helpful particularly Chris the supervisor who loaded all 20 concrete slabs into my car for me and then took the time to talk through composite decking options with me. Would definitely recommend.

For anyone thinking of using Wickes to install their kitchen, don't !! I was told Michael Philpott from MCCarpentry was the best installer they had. He isn't, he is a liar and a fraud. He had his Nephew Jake Norman to fit flooring and skirting boards, which he is obviously not experienced enough to fit. I asked for a damproof course in my porch and living room. Not only did Jake stick new skirting boards on top of the old, he said he had done the damp proof. He hadn't and worse he had taken the damproof rods to make it look like he had. Wickes are using these installers knowing their work is shoddy, unacceptable and they are dishonest.!!! Please share to warn others.

Products competitively priced and in stock. Delivery cost and next day service unbeatable. Would definitely order online again without hesitation.

We visited Wickes today and were really impressed with the service from Sion. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s always nice to come across such great customer service – thank you, Sion!

Wickes Caerphilly. The gratitude and appreciation I have for Ian Baker cannot be put into words. The bathroom and Kitchen he designed are exactly how I pictured them to be. He communicated with me throughout the whole process from the first appointment being booked to follow up emails after order confirmations. He did not influence or take over any decision in design or budget. He listened to what I wanted as well as what I needed. He was patient and understanding in moments of chaos and went above and beyond to ensure he could help me in any way he could, I honestly cannot praise this gentleman enough. He is a credit to the company and should be highly recognised.
