I popped into Wicks Dundee this morning & was attended to by Caitlin a member of staff. She gave me directions to the isle I needed to find my goods, thereafter concluding my sale. 10 out of 10 Caitlin. I must add I always find all the Staff very helpful.

Terri at Wickes Glasgow was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her knowledge and helpful attitude made choosing everything so much easier. I was really impressed with the service I received, and if I need anything else in the future, I would definitely go back to Terri. Highly recommended!

Had my home visit by James Clark from the Colchester branch. Polite, professional and knows what he is doing. Came up with good designs, followed up with a meeting in store to finalise the details which was just as efficient. Had some good tips too as I am installing the kitchen myself. Highly recommend Wickes kitchens and talking to James

We were looking for a paint to match out new wallpaper as we are decorating the bathroom. Couldn't find a good match but David P used the colour match machine to find us one that matched our preference almost perfectly. Great service 😁

Our design appointment was with James who was really nice and very knowledgable. He understood the issues we had with current bathroom and complete re-designed it. We are very happy with the new design and can’t wait for the installation. Thanks James.

The first of two projects we have with the Dartford branch and completed by Ted at Prestige as the installer.
All completed in the two week window and in the heat of a full on heatwave.
We had a large walk in shower by Merlyn and flush fit toilet by vita a kerala model as well as a Nexa malmo handbasin with Vena tap on a floor standing unit. The shower was a Mira Honesty.
Also a Pisa tall towel rail and an Altair ceiling light.
The wall panels were on three sides and all pure hydrolock terrazzo.
This replaced a old separate bath and shower and handbasin with open back toilet and standard small radiator.
Karen at Wickes Dartford designed the layout for us using information we said we wanted such as a clean sealed floor and toilet set up and a walk in full size shower with easy to use controls.
The toilet needed to be easy to use and the sink smaller but with storage.
We wanted to avoid tiles like our old set up and the wall boards were chosen from a good supply of samples in store that we could also see in place in a mock up.
We chose the floor with good advice on current new ideas on a good sealed floor.
We wanted a chrome radiator but we were given good advice about the drawbacks of chrome and opted for dark grey type to aid heat in the winter.
On the delivery day everything turned up on its time slots from wickes own team to the three different suppliers and messages and updates helped a lot with logistics in our home.
Ted from Prestige visited before to finalise the plans and provide a good quote for all additional works and gave some really good advice about the shower waste and how to hide the system from view as well as noticing issues with the original toilet water feed with the new set up.
He was very reassuring and we were able to get on with our day-to-day lives without too many issues.
We opted for a full seal from his suggested contractor and the finish was superbly done and I didnt realise that the colour choices made such a difference to the look. There are 4 different colours that blend so well with the items they contact with.
All works were clean and we could use the the toilet at night with no issues.
We can't wait for the kitchen which starts soon.

1star is too much. Ordered fitted kitchen Feb 26. Was told on top of the fitters (we asked and was told they were employed by Wickes, not true they are contractors) we have to pay for specialists work directly, plumbers electrician etc. kitchen delivered 1st April, work commenced 6th April. No worktops or sink 5 weeks and now July still not finished. Head of customer service is an absolute joke, never returns calls or emails. Some of the issues relate to electric and plumbing, who happen to be the same person who fitted the cupboards but we had to pay him directly £1070, but they are not covered because they are classed as specialists work even though Wickes sent them to our home. I asked this head of customer service DH if he could live like it and he said yes but that’s just me. They do not care about the customer who spends life savings with them. Regret the day we ever stepped foot in the store. All we want is a kitchen fit for purpose so the decorator can do his job, been on hold 2 months. I’ve asked for a manager to come and visit and see for themselves but they just overlook the request

If I could have given 0 star rating, I would have done. The most atrocious service I have ever had is from Wickes. An absolutely disgusting, unprofessional, and uncaring installation and a none existing customer service. After eight weeks not one single action has been taken in regard to my bathroom installation complaints. Wickes has refused to give me thier complaints procedure. Their approved bathroom installer has refused to provide a business address, email address, and any other details regarding affiliated trade bodies and associations, and the installer has increased their bill by 67% with no valid explanation, with no major changes to the design, and the installer has given me 3 final amounts (Wickes appears not to be concerned about this, and this is their installer, I did not choose this person, Wickes did).
The complaints process is deliberately design to be dragged out past the point of installation and has made me and my husband both feeling stressed, distressed, and physically ill.
This is the most unprofessional and sloppy workmanship which Wickes appear to be totally unconcerned about, and after 8 weeks including during the installation period (3 weeks instead of 1 week as advised), no one from Wickes has been bothered to actually view onsite the botched installation (I pleaded with them to visit during the installation works) or directly talk to me about any of the problems, which are serious fundamental technical issues (for example, a moving toilet cistern incorrectly connected to the sewer and the shower fitted incorrectly so it leaks into the floorboard), and which may have to be partially ripped out and redone at my own expense (for example, the £1000 worth of tile wall panels will need to be ripped out and replaced). I was told that my bathroom was one of the smallest they would install and to date it is costing me (final bill) £10,622, not including the amount it will cost me to rectify the issues. There is so much more I could put in this review, including 9 days without a working toilet, 18 days without washing facilities, absent installer etc. but there isn’t enough room.
What an utterly miserable experience. Wickes “house proud”, MORE LIKE HOUSE SHAMED. I wouldn’t wish Wickes on my worst enemy. I feel that I have been scammed by a rogue trading company. I feel totally abused and mislead by Wickes.

I came in for some compost and a lovely young gentleman I think was called Marcus/Mark helped me put 3 bags on my trolley, then put them into my car. A young girl called Grace was very friendly & caring. What 2 lovely members of staff! I’ve been in previously but have never experienced staff like them before. I hope to see you both again!
