Wickes - Corby Avis 

I'd like to leave a review for Anthony at the Corby Wickes store. Every time we've visited, he's been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He's always attentive, takes the time to listen, and seems to have a solution for every problem or project we bring to him.

His knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile make a real difference, and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. Excellent customer service is hard to find, and Anthony is a real credit to the Corby Wickes team. Thank you for all your help—we really appreciate it!

Once again the amazing staff at Corby Wickes showed their helpfulness & kindness especially Patrick in loading my compost into my car great customer service & team work with the nice guy at the till ( sorry I forgot your name ) 5*

I visited Wickes today as I can usually find exactly what I need, often with guidance from an assistant. I got to the checkout and questioned the price and was told this was not the size I required which was not a problem, however the cashier referred to me as “buddy”which I found irritating and pointed out I was customer, not his buddy. He immediately retorted “I should not be so rude”
I have shopped at Wickes for many years but this was my last visit. Politeness from staff is as important as courtesy from customers. A little training may help those dealing with the public.

Jackie was very helpful and she has explained everything in details.

We recently had our kitchen fitted by Gints from Wickes in corby Northamptonshire, and we couldn't be happier with the result. From start to finish, Gints was professional, reliable, and incredibly skilled. His attention to detail was outstanding, and the quality of his workmanship exceeded all our expectations.
Nothing was too much trouble, and he took great pride in ensuring every aspect of the installation was completed to the highest standard. He kept everything tidy, communicated clearly throughout the project, and always arrived on time.
The finished kitchen looks absolutely amazing, and we've received so many compliments on it already. We would highly recommend Gints to anyone looking for a talented and trustworthy kitchen fitter. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!

Went to pick up a designer radiator from Corby, 1 left in stock. Unable to find in the radiator section so Anthony a colleague of Wickes went and found the radiator stored in the warehouse. Very polite and helpful.

I wanted to leave a quick comment to say how lovely my experience was when I was served by Tina at the till. She was so friendly, polite, and welcoming,it really made a difference. Even though it was a simple interaction, she made me feel valued as a customer.

We booked in online for a kitchen design consultation at the Corby branch for out BTL flat. Steve was ready to receive us on time and took some basic information about the space and a general brief from us. We had already detailed a design; however Steve was able to add some observations and considerations we'd overlooked to improve what we'd done.
Very good friendly service and we were able to place our order at the end of the consultation.
The only observation is that the design software did not have the stainless-steel hob backsplash (709569) we had identified so we had to purchase this separately from stock in store.

Called in to Wickes in Corby to get some sheets of wood for my latest project. Even though the store was quite busy, Tina had the time and expertise to swiftly set me up with a TradePro account while I was at the till. Saved myself 10% of my purchase price, so I'm well pleased with that. And thank you to Tina for her help, brilliant.

Wickes at Corby is a great environment for all building and property maintenance requirements, the staff are top notch friendly and knowledgable. Tina signed me up for my trade account recently and she is most excellent and very helpful. I highly recommend them.

We asked for a donation through the company’s Community scheme and the store was really helpful. They agreed to the donation, collected all the items together and called me to say everything was ready. Our school is determined to create a patio garden and this donation will help brilliantly. Staff were very helpful. I made a note of asking for a particularly helpful member of staff - Tina. The doors had stuck open on the exit and it was freezing and she kept a smile going and was professional throughout 👍

The assistant was very helpful, he loaded my trolley with the floor tiles and then helped me out to the car.
