I am a 75 year old lady and wanted to buy some laminate, first time on my own. I asked an assistant (Pete) and he couldn’t have been more helpful, he showed me various examples and I chose one and then a lady called Kay served me and she was so kind and didn’t mind that I decided on a different one altogether. They were both lovely and gave me confidence to go there again

Buying a kitchen sink
Called in to buy a sink , but unfortunatley it was no longer in stock ? So I had a word with an assistant (Kay was her name. A lovely lady !) She showed us one that was nearly identicle available on line only ! We're very grateful ! Thank you ! Pete Mck

I asked for assistance and a worker called Steve was more and happy to help me with a issue I had with floor tiles he sorted the matter in minutes so happy with the service

I needed to interact with the Doncaster store on numerous occasions. Each store team member I contacted was courteous, friendly and professional and went out of their way to address my problem. Great service.

Excellent customer service
The staff at the Doncaster branch is always helpful and friendly, however the store could do with smaller trollies for putting smaller items, like tins of paint etc. Excellent customer service :)

My shopping experience
I bought some 900mm kitchen drawers online but I couldn't find the drawers so had to into wickes where Kay was very helpful not only getting them down but also arranged for them to be put in the car

Had great service from Kay
Had great service from Kay. I visited store to buy a Bosch sander. Kay went out of her way to locate the one shown in stock but for some reason it couldn’t be found. However her smooth sales patter persuaded me to buy the battery operated option. Thanks Kay for your assistance. Will use Wickes again.
