Wickes - Dunstable Avis 

Went to wickes today to pick up a few things and a tonne of MOT, was greeted by Marie, she was very friendly and saved me some money for my business through the wicked tradepro account. Great service and good banter.

Marie in Dunstable was great, walked in today with an item for refund and was going to get another item first. Marie saw the item and receipt, asked if I needed help and took the item and prepared the refund whilst I went to get the other items. Super efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Well done Dunstable branch and Marie !

Visited this morning to purchase paint we could not find it on the shelf and when asking Gosia she said ahh in the warehouse! She searched through a pallet and found the paint we were after! Over and above!

We went to finalise our purchase of a kitchen following a home visit by one of their designers Raphael, he was brilliant and very knowledgeable , no sales pressure just a guiding hand through the process.

Ricky Dean Cook came to our rescue on Saturday when we visited the Dunstable Branch. We were looking to acquire a new Kitchen for our home.
We had our own ideas and some measurements, with a style in mind. Ricky's assistance and suggestions were very helpful in finalizing our plan. His helpful and easy manner assisted us in the process, along with Raphael they produced and sent the images and a quotation for our kitchen the same day.

The staffs at the Dunstable wickes are always very helpful and friendly. Marie always goes the extra mile to help customers in finding the right product. I thought it was a one-off the first time i visited the outlet but discovered it what she does naturally with every customer. The outlet also has items well arranged in categories and this helps to find items easily.

Marie was very helpful today in store, she also took the time to sign us up for the trade pro.

Staff were always very helpful and attentive. Designer took on board our concerns and made suggestions of her own. The consultations were pleasant experiences. Customer Service centre kept us informed, reassured us, and it was good to know they were there. First time we have used Wickes for a kitchen and we don't regret it.

Marie at the tills is always cheerful and happy to help. Checks if you have found everything and is always up for a chat.

Joanne Dewen at Wickes was amazing when we went to discuss options for our new kitchen.
She listened to what we wanted and created a kitchen that was perfect for us and our needs and within our budget. Would highly recommend if looking to have a new kitchen designed.

Great service from Marie on the front desk. Really friendly and helpful. Also a guy working in the store (didn’t catch his name) asked if he could help me load some sheets of timber onto a trolley.

I was looking for certain items from the kitchen range, this was my 4th kitchen from Wicks, very pleased with there service and products.
Marie was very helpful, contacting the supplier and warehouse to ensure I got the products and on time.

I regularly visit Wicks Dunstable and I have to say Marie makes my trip an absolute joy. This lady is always happy, helpful, professional and pleasant when dealing with her. A rarity in this day and age. What an asset she is to Wicks. I hope they appreciate her.

I was served in dunstable wickes on Monday 29th December by a lovely lady called Marie,she was so helpful,my wickes discount card was unreadable so she helped me set it up online with a app we I managed to do.She went above and beyond,it makes a change these days to find someone good and happy in their job (in retail).
