Good store. Paisley does a good job
Good store, usually have what I want and the Wickes app is easy to use too. Trade card is good to have. I was served by Paisley today, she is always happy and polite. A great asset to the Epsom branch.

Bathroom fitting & planning.
We haven't actually bought the new bathroom but seems likely to go ahead as our advisor had much superior knowledge and dealt with us in a way that showed a higher quality and range of product.
We got on so well with 'Nadir' that we felt really comfortable and listened to with a professionalism and some light humour to make it a very worth while experience.
He should be very proud of his service and attitude and hopefully is recognised by your company and management team.

A visit to Wicks Epsom to return my unused items and get a refund.
Paisley was very helpful, friendly and efficient in dealing with my refunds.
Can’t praise her enough. As this is my local store I have visited on multiple occasions and each time met with a smile and fantastic customer service.
A real credit to the store.

Designing a kitchen
I recently attended a planning meeting with Nadir at Wickes, Epsom. He was very organised, listened carefully to my wishes and guided with great knowledge to create a fantastic plan. It’s been a delight to plan my new kitchen with Wickes and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic Service
We ordered a new kitchen from Wickes in Epsom. From start to finish, the whole process has been so easy and professionally done through Hayleigh Love. Hayleigh came to measure up, ordered the kitchen, dealt with queries and replaced various items. I could not recommend using Wickes highly enough.
