Popped in here recently and had a really good experience. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, and they were happy to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s nice to get genuine customer service these days. I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop to other people.

We ordered a heavy load of slate from Wickes in Exeter. It was a really hot day but in the time that it was ordered Marcus, the Wickes employee, had loaded the whole lot by himself and it was ready for us to collect it.

Great Customer Service
I've used Wicks for many years, in store and online. I've always found the quality of materials good at a reasonably competitive price. Today I visited the Exeter store and was very impressed with the customer service support I received from Sharon. Very helpful and friendly. Many could learn from her professionalism. Thank you.

Great service
I have had nothing but excellent service from the staff at Wickes Exeter. For example they were most helpful recently when there were items missing from some cabinets I’d bought.

Great service from Wickes, Exeter.
Review by Mr P Davies: Ordered fence paint online from Wickes, Exeter, today (07.07.26). Collected it later today and was served by 'Sophie', who couldn't have been more courteous and helpful. She not only offered to arrange for a male member of staff to carry the two heavy tins to my car; she also personally went to find the brush I required, which I had been unable to find myself.

The Exeter branch were excellent
The Exeter branch were extremely helpful. Sophie went out or way to assist me with my order. Exceptional customer service. On my previous visits I have struggled however this visit renewed my trust in wicks thank you 👍👍👍

I had a great experience shopping at Wickes. I only went in to buy a few tester pots, and although the store was very busy, every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help.
