Wickes - Glasgow Avis 

Been to wickes for a kitchen desighn and had the pleasure of meeting kenny who desighned out kitchen to the exact way we wanted it after me changing my mind several times he had the patience of a saint with me would recomend kenny 100% to turn your dreams into reality !!

I phoned the Glasgow branch to enquire if they had specific roofing felt I required.
The person on the other end of the call was Kenny G, who went and looked to see if they had any in stock. They did, so I made my way to the branch to buy one.
Kenny was on the till, so I managed to thank him for checking out my enquiry personally, saving me a wasted journey if the item wasn't available in store.
It's nice to be nice as they say.

It was great to meet Ms Terri Doherty,very helpful design consultant,very patient and attentive, Amazing lady,Many thanks and really appreciated.

Unfortunately the wrong size drawers were delivered for unit and I also managed to damage one of the worktops. Went to London Road store and spoke with Morag who was fantastic from start to finish. We got a replacement worktop but no drawers which will be rectified tomorrow via sales POC, she is a credit to the store and company as a whole. Please pass on my thanks if possible.

We’ve been looking at kitchens for months and have dealt with various suppliers along the way, but Daryn at the Glasgow Wickes branch has been head and shoulders above anyone else we’ve spoken to.

His knowledge of kitchens is genuinely exceptional, but what really stood out was the time and effort he took to properly understand what we wanted and then tailor the design around our needs. Nothing felt rushed or like a sales pitch — he listened, offered great advice and clearly cared about getting the right result for us.

It’s rare to come across someone who combines such strong product knowledge with genuinely outstanding customer service. Daryn has made what could have been a stressful process straightforward and enjoyable.

An absolute credit to Wickes and, without question, the best person we’ve dealt with during our kitchen search. Highly recommended

Today my husband and I attended the Wickes showroom to look at a design plan for a new Kitchen and Bathroom with Kenny McCarlie. He was a very pleasant salesman who made us feel very welcome and was clearly very knowledgeable. He went through his initial design and adapted it to the changes we had decided upon since the initial measuring up the previous weekend. He made sure we were aware of all the options in respects of the hob, oven, sink and extractor. He also went through the various work surfaces available and pointed out those with or without matching splash backs. He listened intently to what we said and did not rush or push us into anything we did not want or was not sure about. He pointed out different things in respect of gloss or mat hobs, and the different aspects of the ovens in respect of self cleaning ( always a positive for the chef of the house ). We were also shown various floorings with pros and cons addressed to meet our needs. All in all a very pleasant surprise and easy time was had, which is contrary to what we were expecting due to a previous experience we had elsewhere. Thanks Kenny much appreciated and so looking forward to having a new kitchen in the future.

Spent a couple of hours with Terri in the Glagow branch today designing our kitchen. What a great experience. Loads of great suggestions around layout, cabinets and accessories. We didn't feel rushed at all which is a nice change. Nothing was too much bother for her.

Just had my kitchen fitted. Visited the Glasgow store. Martin was my designer/planner. He was excellent in his ideas and service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would not hesitate to recommend Martin and Wickes Glasgow. 5 star.

Placed a click and collect order and the wrong item was picked. Despite this Morag was very helpful in locating the correct item (last one in stock and not on shelf). She was friendly, helpful and upbeat - great customer service.

We recently purchased a kitchen from the Wickes Glasgow store and are thrilled with the outcome. Kenny Mccarlie provided exceptional service, going well beyond expectations to ensure a seamless experience—including answering queries on a Sunday. We love the new kitchen and highly recommend them.

We purchased several boxes of tiles last night for our daughter and partners bathroom. The service received from Morag was exemplary we 100% recommend wicks glasgow

⚠️ Very disappointed with my experience.
My panels were delivered today and, out of the 12 panels ordered, 8 arrived damaged. Some were damaged at the top, while others had damage around the edges. I have photos showing the condition they arrived in.
The panels were not even properly protected or wrapped in polythene, which is disappointing considering they are being delivered as a finished product. I have also found that they are not tongue-and-groove for joining, which was not what I expected.
I have already paid for a joiner to install the panels, so this has now caused unnecessary inconvenience and delays. I am hoping the company resolves this quickly, but based on the condition in which the panels arrived, I would advise anyone considering ordering to be very cautious and check the reviews carefully.

I can’t speak highly enough of Kenny and his team at Wickes. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail have been outstanding from start to finish.

We replaced our entire kitchen a year ago, and the whole process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. This year, my wife and I decided to extend the kitchen into our pantry and utility room, and Kenny was more than happy to guide us through everything we needed. His knowledge, patience, and support made the experience completely stress-free.

Delivery has always been on time or even early and on the one occasion a door arrived in the wrong colour, the team resolved the issue immediately, with the replacement delivered within days.

Exceptional customer service is hard to find, but Kenny and his team consistently go above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a new kitchen. Thank you all so much!
