Helpful staff
I went to order some items and needed some help with what to get and Mo who helped me was great.He helped me save a bit too by suggesting getting a bulk bag of gravel instead of 30x 20kg bags, could not have been more pleased with his help.

Our new kitchen appointment
We had an appointment with James Claxton regarding a new kichen. James guided us through the process from our initial home visit right through to the finished images. He explained the quote well and what would happen and when after we bought our kitchen.

Had big list to go through in the store and MO noticed me in the store and without even asking he came over and helped by getting what I needed even loading the van with bulky items. Also advised me about the the parking system due to me been there a while. Thanks MO

Great work from very helpful staff …
Came to find doorhandles and latches for new doors to be fitted soon, staff were great with advice and checking future incoming stock as there weren’t enough handles on the day, arranged for 3 more handles to be ordered at the checkout, also gave helpful guidance and again online checking of the door sizes we needed, Kerry did a great job with all that and the checkout too, Mo was invaluable too for some extra guidance at the checkout.
Good experience and great customer care from both
