Massive thanks to Wickes for an amazing donation towards our Scout Group's decorating project, really supportive staff and grateful for the support through their Community scheme!

A huge thank you to the team at Wickes Wigston, particularly Dulal Miah and Benjamin Roper, for supporting our Memorial Garden project at Leicester College through the Wickes Community Support scheme. Your generous donation has helped us purchase equipment that our students with learning difficulties and disabilities can use to maintain and care for the garden, developing valuable skills while enjoying the wellbeing benefits of spending time outdoors. The garden will provide a peaceful, accessible space for both students and staff and your contribution has helped make this possible. We are incredibly grateful for your kindness and commitment to supporting the local community and we look forward to inviting you to the official opening of the garden. Just been back to collect yet more bricks for my project and this time the lovely Leah took my trolley and loaded everything up into my car perfectly. Makes it so easy for me and that’s why I keep returning. Lyn you have a great team working with you and I hope your hard work is acknowledged.

James, kitchen designer, assisted with replacing some kitchen units. He was very helpful and courtious.

Staff are very helpful and polite. Store is always clean, tidy & well stocked.

Useless service that is proclaimed to be be open on Sunday according to the internet but was closed yet all of the staff were inside no doubt on overtime payment! Many of us who had arrived early were not informed by anyone until a uniformed middle aged female came out just before 1000 and informed us they were not opening today. We all went to B&Q instead! B&Q will now be my preference because at least they were open.

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering a kitchen from Wickes. I was promised that everything would be delivered within 5 working days, which was a big factor in choosing them. Unfortunately, that promise turned out to be completely unreliable.

After waiting over 7 days, the delivery still hadn’t arrived. When the driver finally showed up, he wasn’t willing to help at all. He claimed he couldn’t access my road and simply left without delivering the kitchen. No effort was made to resolve the situation or find an alternative solution.

It’s frustrating to be given assurances that clearly aren’t taken seriously. Making promises is easy, but keeping them is what matters—and in this case, Wickes failed badly. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

A neighbour doesn't use trust pilot ask me on his behalf to write a review. Had a rapid delivery today 17/3/26 said the service was outstanding was very happy

Very bad service in wigston branch l went there 16 march around 5 o'clock afternoon

I booked a kitchen design consultation online. I drove for 40 minutes to the designated store to be told by the named employee that he knew nothing of my appointment. There was a blank space on his computer screen but his name and the time was clearly stated in the confirmation email I received. He was apologetic and offered to help me anyway, except he didn't do kitchen design. When I explained that was what was promised online and that was what I had come for he said it was more a bit like personal shopping. I definitely didn't want or need that. I knew exactly which kitchen I wanted and had the cash in my bag to pay for it. I had hoped to finalise the plan that I had made and place an order. Needless to say I drove for another 40 minutes and arrived home very annoyed.
I have now planned an IKEA kitchen and placed an order this morning.
