Wickes - Lowestoft Avis 

Sometimes it's just the little things that inspire me to give a good review, easy to find most things in the shop, I had help with a couple of bits from the friendly lady behind the till, but the shop was tidy, well lit and had everything I needed for the job I had at home so all in all, worth a comment.

Absolutely amazing and helpful staff! Couldn’t have been more helpful the last time I went in. Even found a better and slightly cheaper set of lights than the ones I was looking at.

I went in to the store for some timber and paint for a home project the staff were very helpful and friendly!

With my teenage daughter and husband, we went to Wickes in Lowestoft to get paint for our daughter's bedroom as she wished to redecorate in a new colour scheme. Kerry served us at the till and is always warm, friendly and helpful. We have been going to Wickes a lot lately and this is in part because of the good customer service we receive and Kerry is so friendly and likeable.

I came into store on a saturday to buy some equipment and materials to build a shed base. I was greeted by the happiest smiliest person on the counter, I'm sure her name was Shelle. when your day ahead is bleak and boring even the simplist gesture of a smile and a joke can lift your spirits up. Thank you. I finished the slab on that day thankfully.

I’ve been to Wickes Lowestoft twice recently and managed to find exactly what I needed. Served both times by the wonderful Shelle who couldn’t have been more helpful.

Popped into Wickes recently for garden fence paint and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I wasn’t quite sure which I needed and they took the time to show me the paint that suited my needs and their durability. Thank you for taking the time to help.

All staff are very helpful at this branch. Especially Jack, helped me to find everything I needed. Even offered to help bring it to the car as I had my young child with me

I was struggling to figure out how many packs of navelli light oak flooring and I asked for help and jack was more than happy to help I gave him my room measurements and told me how many packs of flooring and insulation I needed .

Can't thank Wickes enough on supplying our new Shower Room every product was first class. Thank you Suzanne the coordinator and Alex for his planning.Very lucky Company in having Steve Flatt as a fitter, we nicknamed him the Pocket Rocket he never stops his attention to detail was first class everything had to be perfect to him. We cannot praise Steve enough.

I had a click and collect order on Sunday just gone to pick up which was a piece of garden furniture. Unfortunately my expectation of my own strength vs my actual strength was vastly different. Luckily once I’d driven around the side there was a nice lad working out there who freely offered his muscle to help me load it up so I could get on my way. I’m not sure what I would have done without him to be honest! Very grateful indeed

Popped for some advise on a project, Shena was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. Pointed me the right direction with what I need to complete. Amazing customer services and the products purchased have been great. Thanks!!
