Wickes - Maldon Avis 94

My partner and I have just purchased a new kitchen through Hazel at Maldon Wickes. She is so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She literally helped us throigh every single question and query. She explained everything to us in ways we understood and spent so much time going through all the minor details without pressure or rush. Would recommend Hazel without a shadow of a doubt.

Wickes Maldon - web site says 18 bags of builders sand in stock. When you get there they have one bag which is split and half the contents missing. Asked if they had more and told even if they did they couldn't put them out as their forklift was out of order. Pick up a couple of other items and when checking out staff more interested in talking to each other the dealing with the customer in front of them

Linda, Shirley and Kay are always friendly and helpful and a credit to your store.

Good value products, friendly staff in store. Linda was very helpful on the tills.

Lady that served me was so friendly and pointed out exactly where in your store I could find what I was looking for

I spent my Friday night in Wickes (boy how my life has changed).. but what a fantastic experience. I’ll be honest, I do most of my shopping online, but due to the current sale they have on, I gave Wickes a go. Marky B was exceptional from the start, knowledgeable about where each product I needed was, as well as helping load everything I purchased into the car. I’m going back today to hopefully buy a kitchen. More people like Marky B please Wickes, you’ll be inundated with new customers just like me. 6/5 score if I could.

Had a very strange experience today in the Maldon store . At least 8 staff. 2 customers in the store so it really was very quite. . Approached the cashier as I had a quick question about a plumbing item. Was told that they there was no one available to help. I could clearly see staff chatting . I thought she was having a joke until she carried on sorting some paint pots out. I can’t remember the last time I complained but the customer service left me speechless. I understand there was a delivery but surely you have a store to run.i said I was happy to wait but got nothing back. Was very awkward. I left empty handed and used another store who were more than happy to help.

Emily has been a pleasure to work with and has provided a first class service.
She listened to my requirements when she visited and had great ideas on how to make the most out of the space available, keeping in mind the best look for my kitchen.
She has been available when I had questions and fully explained the whole buying/installation process.
I would definitely recommend Emily if you are considering having a kitchen fitted.

Such an easy process Emily came to our house and measured everything and we met up to tweak a few things
She was not pushy and that’s very rare

Hazel one of the design consultants listened to our desires for our new kitchen. The design came out better than I could have hoped for. The kitchen was installed before Christmas and it was an amazing centrepiece for our Christmas and able to show it off to our family and friends
