Excellent customer service from Steve the Manager at the Peterborough branch, he personally dealt with my complaint regarding some wickes products (The first complaint about wickes products after many years of using numerous products) .
I would just like to add that I always find all the staff very friendly and the store well stocked and organised.

Went to my local Wickes peterborough…
Went to my local Wickes peterborough saturday 22nd May and all I can say is Steve was a breath of fresh. Spent a while helping me set up a traders account and ordering what I was after as was not in store. Thanks again sir. !!

Bethany the planner was very helpfull…
Bethany the planner was very helpfull from start to finnish couple of items were missing but soon sorted out the fitters where great got the job done but didnot rush things all went smoothly very happy all the way through would recommend them again

No words can describe how poorly run this branch is and how inept the management and so called design consultants are.
So are you going to pick up these shower screens you have sent wrong like everything else on the order

This is what great customer service looks like
I would just like to say a huge thank you to Steve for being so helpful and going above and beyond to help me with my purchase ( railway sleepers and accessories) Steve couldn't have been more helpful with helping me load the sleepers, choosing the right accessories that I need to complete the boarder and then to help me load them all into my car. This is what great customer service looks like and Steve is an asset to Wickes.
Anyone reading this should ask for Steve when you next go in.
