I called the store to find out about community help and the person on the phone was really helpful. I then submitted the form and within a few days they had got back to me with how they could help. Sarah Jeavons was so easy to talk to and everyone was really friendly and helpful. Thanks Wickes.

I had a fantastic experience at Wickes and wanted to highlight the excellent service of Joanne who made sure I found the right products. The store itself was well-organised and stocked neatly I 100% recommend going and won’t be long until I visit again

Purchased what i needed, clean and very tidy store, At checkout Lorna was excellent, she posses good customer service skills.

Was trying to place an online order but site wouldn’t allow me to use a gift card at the checkout which was frustrating, anyway went to the Redditch branch and met an amazing member of staff named Enah, Enah supported me with replacing my order and then putting my gift card through for me whilst still serving other customers through the checkouts, Enah’s attention to detail and customer service was second to none throughout my entire experience, I will certainly be using the Redditch branch more often now Enah is a real asset to the branch and a true ambassador of exceptional customer service thank you so much again.

Rhianna and Kaycee in the Redditch branch were very friendly and helpful with my questions about the paint I needed for my house. They got my samples that I wanted and recommended signing up to the trade account for discount benefits.

We had a kitchen and bathroom consultation with Conrad Smith (Redditch). Conrad was very professional, very knowledgeable and made our time very worthwhile. We would highly recommend Conrad. He is a credit to the Company.

I use this branch 2-3 times a week , the staff are always very helpful and always knowledgeable about where anything is . One of the Girls ( Zara ) even wanted to help me load my van on her break , Adeela and Becci always greet me with a smile and hello .

I just want to thank Abbie Moxon for all her hard work and efforts in getting us the kitchen we dreamed of. She really loves what she does and it reflects in her work. I can’t thank her enough for all she has done, really grateful

Nothing was too much trouble—she really took the time to understand our vision and was completely in tune with how we wanted the bathroom to look. Avoid Avoid Avoid at all costs!
Had a new bathroom installed in April 2025, had numerous leaks from shower enclosure and after 4 times the fitter could still not rectify the issue.
Waited until mid August for another Wickes fitter to come and rectify only to completely damage my aqua board leaving us with no showering facility (no bath) we are 2 weeks in and no sign of Inspector or a new fitter. Customer Services and Customer Relations are useless. No urgency in getting this issue resolved, don’t call back when promised. Daily emails and calls made, Over 2 weeks now without a shower, 4 months without a new bathroom fully completed without issues, quick enough to take your money then don’t want to help you when things go wrong. Ombudsman involved, Section 75 done and decided to get a quote for an independent company to put it right. Wickes have not yet agreed to pay for an independent company so may have to pay for additional goods and services myself and then take to court!
Avoid this company at all costs. It will cause you no end of stress.

Really nice Guy who knew his stuff also listened to my requests. Could not fault

Duty manager Martin is the epitome of top customer service! He helped me find exactly what I needed, at the right price and even allowed to store the items until the next day for me to collect with an appropriate vehicle. Really a top bloke!

Excellent customer support and assistance at the Redditch, Worcs store by Zahara. Friendly, polite, nothing was too much trouble. Most refreshing. Unsure of date but at the weekend, a Sunday in July.

Abbie Moxon at the redditch store was amazing! We went to so many kitchen places and didn’t like any of the plans until we came to Abbie and she designed the kitchen of our dreams and was so friendly, helpful and attentive through out the whole process. Our kitchen is perfect, better than we could have ever imagined. Thank you again! Xx
