Perfect kitchen

Super helpful in store
There’s a current issue with using gift cards on line so I was a little annoyed as I wanted a home delivery for a bulky item therefore a trip to the store seemed a waste of time. Came into the sutton branch and Roshan exceeded my expectations, fully resolved my problems, put a new online order thru with my gift cards and sorted me with next day delivery. Couldn’t ask for more. Lady on the till was also super polite and helpful.

Tom was very helpful
Tom was extremely helpful when we were trying to match some kitchen items to what we originally had. He focused completely on us and made sure that we were happy with everything we had chosen. Excellent service and we came away very pleased.

The extra mile with a smile
Sam was really helpful when the mdf I was looking for was not on the correct shelf. He managed to locate it in store and found me to let me know. He then went to the trouble of using the forklift to uncover the hidden Mdf and put the sheet I needed on my trolley for me. Thanks for your help!
