I came into the store I needed some floor levelling compound, I asked for help from Manjit. She was very helpful & polite and explained which ones they sold & the one I would need for my project. She asked if I mended help getting it into the car as well. Service we don’t get much of today. Thanks so much

Car park is on a slope and people will…
Car park is on a slope and people will hit your car with out of control trolleys. Staff inside the store can’t do anything about it and neither will Wickes Customer Services.

Excellent customer servuce
I bought door handles and couldnt unscrew the left handle roses. Leanne knew exactly who to ask and Kiran sorted the problem with no fuss. Happy customer leaves the store with no waiting or being made to feel akward. Great!
