Phoned up with a query regarding our pvc corrugated roof that had scorched quite badly
Paul dealt with our issue really quickly and as a good will gesture replaced all the sheets for us including free delivery
These guys are amazing and went above and beyond and this is why we always go and will continue to go to their store for all our things we need for our home renovation

Straight from walking into the Worksop store I was asked if I needed help. I had an order to collect which I knew I would not manage myself because of the weight. I was asked for the pin I received and everything was sorted for me straight away with my order waiting in the stock room. A young gentleman named Jordon came out with my order and loaded it into the back of my car. Very polite and made light work of the heavy concrete boards. Thank you for making an older lady feel in safe hands. Service 5*!

Every member of staff is very helpful and nothing is too much.

Debbie and her colleagues made a streesful job simple, ' I ' knew what I wanted . Trouble was , I did not know what it was called especially if they sold them and with it being Sunday at 1540 hrs, needed it TODAY. FIRSTLY we drew breath I explained as said she listened, spoke with Store manager Jon. At 1549 I had the product and knowledge it was the right repair item for the job . It was not just because They had what I wanted, She listened and with it being close to closing quite a lot of other customers she could have said come back when you know what you want etc Thankyou .

Amazing, fast and quick to help and only £5 delivery

The delivery itself went smoothly and the driver arrived as expected, but the experience was let down by a frustrating company policy.

I asked the driver to double stack some of the breeze blocks, purely to save space, but he refused and stated that Wickes company policy does not allow him to do this.

I have had similar materials delivered by several other builders’ merchants over the years and they have all been perfectly happy to double stack pallets or blocks where required. This makes Wickes’ policy unnecessarily restrictive, particularly for customers who have limited space available for storing building materials.

Had I known about this restriction before ordering, I would probably have chosen another merchant.

So, if space is at a premium and you need materials double stacked on delivery, I would suggest avoiding Wickes and using a builders’ merchant that is prepared to accommodate reasonable delivery requests.

The delivery and driver were otherwise fine, but this inflexible policy considerably reduced the usefulness of the service.

Store no. 8434 at Worksop. From the very second Theo called me to inform me part of my click & collect wasn't available he was courteous, professional and kind. When I posed a question he was unsure of the answer to he politely asked me to hold whilst he consulted a Manager and when I went to collect my items I was met with outstanding service from Supervisor Joe and floor assistant Zack. This kind of teamwork makes shopping easier and less stressful when you're unsure of the products and Zack also loaded my car for me. They are a credit and an asset to Wickes and I hope they will be recognised as such, I have never been disappointed when shopping at this branch.

we had sally hatfield as our design consultant and i would 100% recommend! she did an amazing job with designing the perfect kitchen for us and was so friendly!

My kitchen was fitted 2017 under warranty I phoned to say some split had occurred on a cupboard door to video and explained and text back i got was water integration so they won't change door..
Guess what it not near water it's on the pot cupboard not sink unit..
Please beware about what they cover as when you read it it's not really covering you ..

We meet with Sally Hatfield, from the start of looking for a new kitchen till ordering one she went above and beyond, listening to our every needs and if was possible she made sure it would fit.
Amazing woman, didn’t even push us for a decision, she told us to take our time.
I would highly recommend this lady.

The lady who served me with a product was called Debbie, she was went above and beyond customer service, but I appreciate it as I am disabled she tried her best but the item to my wanted was not a Wickes item but it did say on the internet that Wickes did this have item but she did explain that wickes only sold certain products that was made by croydex so I had to go elsewhere and which to get the item I wanted but I think Debbie for trying as much as possible because the rest are hands were tied.

I called in to find a garden box. Joe stopped what he was doing and took us to where they are in the store. He helped us get them in from the high shelf and advised on use. He carried them to the till and after we had paid carried them out to the car for us. What a very helpful and kind young man especially on such a hot day!! Thank you Joe.

Helpful staff and great products and prices,signed up for the trade pro account and it was quick and straightforward and dealt with Joe and he was amazing and helpful.

Clair was absolute amazing took me right to the place I wanted to be and then showed me different things and I come out with everything and a bit more and I would Thank Clair and her team who are always there to help and nothing is never too much for them. 10/10

Wanted 4 x 18x1220 x 2400 OSB 3 boards but didn’t realise how big they actually were & thats when Annie came to the rescue offering me a home delivery for £5 Wowsers thats good value!!

Went to worksop wickes today. All the staff was absolutely amazing. Happy and helpful. Teo was working in the garden centre and loaded my trolley. Steph located the item I needed and Jordan helped load my car. Had my mother with me who on leaving the store commented on how lovely and helpful everyone was.

I went to return some items that I had bought in the wrong size, the assistant was great, it was a fast smooth and successful visit.
