I ordered 2 bathrooms in July 2025 from Christine at William Wilson in Inverness. The process was excellent. Christine was a brilliant help in picking the bathrooms and ordering them. When it came to installation, Jason was fantastic at helping with the small bits and bobs that cropped up during the process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone currently wondering where to buy their new bathrooms from. I am totally delighted with the end result.

Support provided by Debbie from the initial enquiry, technical clarifications, delivery and after service was, and continues to be, exceptional.

Supplying the sanitary and brassware for 3 en suite bathrooms, Jason, Christine and Debi have provided friendly, knowledgeable and sensible service and delivered what was ordered promptly. It’s made what could have been a hassle a pleasure and I look forward to it all being installed and in use.

Christine was very knowledgeable on the different products available, and was professional throughout the hole project.

Our fitter recommended we try William Wilson for our new en-suite. We had always believed them to be a bit on the expensive side so were reluctant. Couldn't have been more wrong. Saved over £1,000 from a local competitor, everything was ordered, came in on time, was delivered to the door all with no issues. The materials used are all excellent quality. Certainly have no qualms about recommending them.

Debi is fantastic, full of knowledge and experience, she is excellent at her job, is kind and very friendly. The service was 5☆☆☆☆☆, i wouldnt go any where else. Inverness store.
