I saw their ad on FaceBook (and I trust).
On September 9th, I ordered a Universal Engraver - Metal Engraver+Laser Cutter × 1
A few days later, I received an email with "Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status".
I followed the shipment until I saw "Your parcel has arrived in the country of destination." I wait one week, two weeks, one month, two months, and I asked for it from the local mail service, and they have not any record for this product.
Finally, I thought it is a very elaborate scam.

Me ha pasado lo mismo que a todos ustedes y con los mismos productos.
Lo único que puedo pensar es que esta empresa es un fraude y nos ha robado el dinero.

Again I ordered a laser engraver in August tracked to this country and had two early e mails confirming order and asking me to be patient I have had nothing. Several people on a CNC group have reported a very similar situation.

Yes, I have a similar story. I ordered a laser cutter from them on 8 August and also received an order number and tracking details. This showed arrival in my country on 19 August but since then, nothing. I did engage in a number of emails but now not getting replies. I checked this with a consumer organisation in my country and Willings Hub seems to be genuine with a number of years of trading. So , very disappointing that they have taken my money and not prepared to follow up on their delivery system....Is it a con or just sloppy - either way, not happy

Should be -5 stars I Paid the money for goods 23-08-2020 they sent me an Order no WH2001 and 2 tracking no.SYAET01207499 AND SYAET01206930 I contacted
one of the courier companies and they have no knowledge of the order .This must be a criminal syndicate as they do not respond to any emails lately
and their website has been closed down

è dicembre e il tracking ricevuto dice che la merce è ferma il Malesia al 9 Settembre.

NON ACQUISTATE DA QUESTO SITO. è UNA TRUFFA

I bought a laser printer at the end of August and I never received the product, nobody answers the support email except the first email.
it is December and the tracking received says that the goods are stopped in Malaysia on 9 September.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. It is a scam

81 days... I paid for their "Expedited Shipping". Not only do I still not have my order, but the tracking numbers state that "order is at warehouse" in Canada "somewhere". Nobody from the company will call back or properly return emails.
Do yourself a favour and never order from this dropship, phony, scamming company.

Buying engraver from them, August 14, 2020. Fast respond email "My Dear xxxxx", but since then, no respond AT ALL, FAKE COMPANY, DON'T BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Ordered Laser engraver in September 2020.
Multiple e-mails sent requesting proof of delivery.
Not a single decent response. They have a standard template asking you to be patient for your delivery. I have waited over 8 weeks for delivery. They have stopped replying to my e-mails. DO NOT TRUST THEM - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I had the same experience as others that wrote a review on here. Willings Hub would call me "Dear" and tell me to "Have patience". Ordered the laser engraver back in August and it never arrived. Very disappointed.

Ordered on august 2nd. Nothing but excuses and fake tracking number since then. Unable to get reply to emails etc. Reported to my card company as fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL - TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Scam business, calling you dear and a fake tracking code which shows it arriving apparently in your wn country. Lucky I bough with a credit card, and I am in the process of claiming my money back from this fraudulent business.

I ordered 89$ laser cutter from this seller, and later I found so many things appalling.

(1) The seller uses pretty much same photos and video with other maker who is currently crowdfunding. You may have a look at cubiio 2 at kickstarter.com and have your own opinion.

(2) The seller instantly provided a tracking number which shows the goods was departed from Chinese official postoffice. However the last update of delivery was on Sep 6th, the goods arrived in Australia local center. It was 40 days ago. No more further reply from this seller.

(3) If you open the seller's homepage, and press F12. You will find out "shopify" among the codes shown on the right. I am thinking their homepage is possibly supported by ecommerce company "shopify". You may consider lodging an inquiry to shopify about one of their possible fraud merchants.

(4) In UK, there is a company registered under the name of Willings Hub Ltd. Not sure if they are exactly the same one, you may consider reporting to related organization for investigation or confirmation.

Scam! I order 2 months ago and they send same email calling you dear and to have patience. Usually the shipping are 2/3 weeks. Now i just understand they scam me, They steal my money. 89 dollars gone
