I have had my gaming pc for over a month now and I am delighted with it. I did extensive research before committing to buying because firstly i don't have an unlimited budget and secondly whilst i know a little about how pc's work, I am by no stretch of the imagination an expert. I found the Wired2Fire packages and package options made far more sense than their competitors. There was thought behind meaning that the basic packages are good and complement rather than some of the apparently random combinations I found on some other sites. One site even offered a 35w power pack as part of a package with a warning it was insufficient for the package!!!
Wired2Fire built my pc and delivered it within the promised timeframe and given their online profile and many positive reviews, I felt comfortable dealing with them. The pc works brilliantly and it leaves my old pc for dead, the Ryzen 5 2600 processor is impressive and even when gaming for hours there is very little heat. Happy days.

I was looking for a new PC to fulfill my wish to run MS Flight Simulator X in addition to less demanding office tasks. Referring to ads in specialist magazines quickly brought my budgeted shortlist down to the Fusion Stratus offering from Chillblast and the Sim X3000 from Wired2Fire.

Refering to articles in PCPilot and Computeractive magazines the top requirement for FSX seems to be the best processor that you can afford. However, adding in an upgrade from i5 to i7 processor in the case of the Chillblast left insufficient in my budget for other components to maximise the advantage of the faster CPU. Discussing my requirements with Dan of Wired2Fire I quickly warmed to his advice saying which components were indeed helpful to my aims but pointing out others that I had considered, not actually being of particular advantage.

Having placed my order and visited their base to collect my new toy, soon afterwards came the twin threats of Meltdown and Spectre, which I read required some techie action but a call to Wired2Fire put me at my ease as I was talked step by step through how to upgrade my 'BIOS' or 'UEFI' to provide the maximum defence available. Such advice from an up2date professional is absolutely invaluable.

I'm sure you can understand that I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Wired2Fire to anyone wanting a PC tailored to their requirements at reasonable cost.

The family wanted a computer for my grandson' s birthday for whom much of his homework is set and requires responses on line, Oh! and by the way he likes gaming it a young persons way. The problems were he only has a small bedroom and we had limited funds.
Through the patience and guidance of the persons, (notably Dan) working for the company they came up with a design that met everybody's needs.It was my grandson's birthday yesterday he was over the moon and was soon gaming with his brother and friend.
I could not have wished for such tremendous support and patience from a company, who though small is excellent in every way.

PC was built to my specs but with advice on particular components from wired2fire. The end result was a top PC and a good price. Excellent company, for product, service and delivery. Will purchase from them again.

My New p.c. built to my specification by Wired2fire, is every bit as good in operation, as I had hoped that it would be, so thank you guys for a great job done and for helping me to install some of my software.

I was extremely pleased with my custom-built PC. It was made exactly to my order, does precisely what I purchased it for and I've experienced no problems whatsoever with the system.

The build quality is superb and the low price of the top-quality components was the best around. The amount of communication received from the company was top-notch also.

I would certainly buy from Wired2Fire again without hesitation, should I ever require a new system!

This PC is surprisingly fast! I'm glad I got this one, and good having SSD drives etc I have Windows 10 64bit on the PC. Worth buying.

The PC is working fine. No problems and would use your company again, should I decide to upgrade in future. A well made, and powerful machine, which meets my needs completely.

I've had the PC a month now. Excellent PC build. They made me a PC for flight sim. The guys know there stuff and easy to talk to, explaining things well to me. Prices are good and delivery went fine.

The PC took longer to build than other companies do, but hopefully this is due to better testing. I am a very happy customer, recommended.

Nearly 30day build time when payed for 5 15. Communication on phone was poor . Although quick delivery and good build. Turned on pc and windows 10 wasn’t installed properly . If Dan did not work there and be so helpful to me in every way this would of been a 1 star

This is the second machine I have bought from Wired2fire, I bought the first seven years ago and was happy and so purchased my latest from them as well. It came well packed and was very well built.

A couple of minor niggles however, there were no setup instructions and on first boot i had no display, this was sorted by trying another of the display ports on the graphics card. The main problem however was I had specified and paid for Windows 10 professional, the machine came loaded with Windows 10 home! The supplied OS disc and product key was for the professional version and so consequently i was not able to activate Windows.

After a couple of calls to their support line and after trying various workarounds to no avail i had to resort to a call to the Microsoft helpline in the states who via remote desktop reinstalled Windows and got it activated for me. ( you can't upgrade a OEM version of Windows apparently!)

This was a completely avoidable error by the company, which did spoil my initial enjoyment of the machine.

however all's well that ends well.

Pros, very good build of the Tower.

Cons, a couple of mechanical faults that got through their testing. but to be fair I have not followed up on these and returned the PC as they are not game breaking issues.
Took 4 days to get the PC after it was built due to some Courier issues.

One can judge a company when you have a problem 18 months after they have taken your money. Thier response was immediate, extensive, professional and helpful (problem identified and resolved by replacing a faulty component I had originally purchased elsewhere). Wired2fire customer service is 1st class, as are thier products. Unreservedly recommended.

Had a great experience when ordering my new PC from this company, their teamed were incredibly knowledgeable and as someone who would traditionally build his own PCs, these guys did it for an amazing price and got rid of all the hassle.

I am really pleased with it. It boots in no time at all and whistles through my video edits and photos.I can't tell its switched on it's so quiet.

My Diablo V2 is performing brilliantly. Windows boots up and is ready to use in a few seconds. The machine is quiet which is a big plus point for the home environment with little ambient noise.

The whole process from placing the order through to delivery went smoothly and a phone call to say the machine was ready was most appreciated. I liked the ‘engineer’s notes’ that provided some important information such as USB and monitor connectors that other suppliers seem to assume you know about.
